The arrest record isn’t usually used as an excuse to shoot, but to give context about the suspect’s behavior. A person who has only a few misdemeanor convictions vs a felon with a violent history can give a better view if the situation.
And police definitely need to be more apprehensive when dealing with a repeat offender

@@nickvanachthoven7252 Even better, he will call out cops when they do bad things while still promoting all the good things and explaining the situations cops find themselves in. He is great.
Doughnut is actually pretty fair on his takes on police, he is pro police as he is a former cop but he will call out on bad cops he dosent defend bad cops

When it comes to people that take on multiple cops at once, there’s one thing you need to remember with some of these people not everybody is playing to win. Sometimes they’re playing to try to settle a score or tie meaning I go I’m taking you with me.
Donut’s videos are (by the nature of the topic) much darker than the stuff you normally react to.
Criminal history is relevant for police entering the scene as they have some kind of idea of what they are walking into. Not saying it means they deserve to be shot just that depending on the history they suspect might be likely to try something.
And with the last one if they didn't shoot him the guy would have driven off and prolonged the chase endangering more lives and being seen he is willing to take hostages justifies the shoot

25:55 Just ask yourself this ... would YOU be willing to die over "maybe he just lost control of the car" ? i'm assuming the answer is no, so YES they had to shoot. The guy is an active threat to human lives.

Yeah, that guy called them. He had a knife in hand. Told the first officer there was a guy in his house, from what I could hear. He started taking off, not listening to officers, and began shouting threats.
Everything could have been avoided if he had dropped the knife and told the officer exactly what was going on in that house.
In the last one if the suspect which was mentioned uses a vehicle to harm an officer it's considered assault with the deadly weapon therefore justifiable when it comes to lighting them up😮
Having a warrant does not mean you deserve to die, no. Trying to run over police officers with your vehicle, on the other hand...
true. just seen too many people say that about people with warrants like right after a shooting involving police before the details are out some people just go "did you see his arrest record, nothing lost" like come on let's get the details first. but glad you are level headed :D
@@RaveSpecterReacts-qr5uy Fair point. It’s always easy to justify what happened after the fact, when all the details come out and are established fact. It’s difficult for people to not see through the lense of hindsight.

What I always wonder with pretty much all these videos.. man, how do you think this is gonna end? They offered you literally every possible out and you chose violence. Dumb.
