⁠​​I made the cookies this morning.. very good! I wasn’t sure of measurements but looking at how you made them I did this.. 2 cups rye flour, 1 egg, teaspoon baking soda (I also added small amount of baking powder), dash salt, tablespoon of oil, 2teaspoons ginger powder, dash cinnamon, 2 tablespoons honey, and enough hot water to make a dough.. I hope that is close to how you do it.
