- Hi guys, so today I got to do one of my favourite things ever, go shopping in Homesense for the new house! I found some amazing things. I wanted to take you along with me to see what gems we could find, and then back to mine for a huge homeware haul!

Loved everything you got, was surprised to see the cup with the gold specks. I have just bought two pink and grey ones but from Morrison's. They have a great home range at the moment, worth a look. Love the big cushion , and was going to get the curtains. Look forward to seeing them up.

I can’t shop in home sense. There’s only 2 in Scotland none of which are remotely near me. Sad times

Just commenting about the car seat. I think I remember you saying you got a cybex sirona for Elliot? You might want to double check the manual but I don’t think you can use the harness forward facing, I think it is meant to use the impact shield when forward facing. I may have the wrong model in my mind though but worth double checking.

I’ve been out this morning looking for new bedding in Next, Dunelm and TK Maxx I completely forgot that Homesense was TK Maxx home! Will be trying there tomorrow as I still can’t find something I like!

Oooo Kent 🙌🙌🙌 I went to the one at Westwood Cross in Ramsgate recently, it was really small 😢 and a 45 min drive. I’ll go to lakeside next time I think 🤣

Love homesense. Loving the Halloween bits. I never liked Halloween until my son was born on that day so I love collecting all Halloween stuff from homesense each year. I usually go just after Halloween to stock up for the following year as it's all heavily reduced x

I am so desperate to go to a Homesense but my nearest one is a few hours drive away (not many of them in Scotland 😭😭). Gutted ! Loved the campervan and kitchen stuff ! Not heard many people refer to a chopping board as beautiful though 😂♥

Love your homesense hauls 😍😍 don’t want to offend but you may want to look at rearfacing Elliot. I’m going to be rear facing my daughter until at least 4, she’s just 3 now, it’s up to 5X safer and actually illegal for children to rearface before 15 months now I believe. Lots of stuff online about it. It will be law by 2027 I believe that kids in the U.K. have to rearface until 4 xx
Laura Xo hiya thank you, he does a lot of the time as it’s a 360 car seat so it is rear facing too but some days he just cries if he’s put in it rear facing. He’s nearly 16 months now xx
Kate Murnane never want to be one of the mummy police but I always feel guilty if I wasn’t to say anything and anyone didn’t know. Of course it doesn’t work 100% for all babies and parents know their child best. Thanks for being nice about it ☺️ x
