    Join Shrey Vazir '15 Friday afternoons for a 10 week mindfulness practice. Whether you are new to mindfulness or a seasoned meditator, Shrey will help guide you through various meditations and help you implement a mindfulness practice into your life.
    Sessions run on Fridays at 12:15 pm from January 24 to March 28. Attend as many or as few as your schedule permits.
