      Harry have a re-listen to what you say between 22:32 and 22:50... I wouldn't sign the soft cover books either. The logistics of pulling a few out to sign from a 10,000 list is not possible.

    Love Harry's content and even with him doing a little more 4wding now, showing how he gets to places, I think it makes it all the more relatable & real. I am hoping to get the 2nd book for Xmas but love the first one. The Creamy Mushroom Sauce & Steak is my favourite. I have to say his content has encouraged me to try more things at camp and taught me to cook a much better steak even if it is what he classes as rubbish, A good Rump lol. Best meal I have done over the fire though would be Lamb Shanks in the camp over, loved it and that was a recipe I pinched from my brother. In saying that I'm not opposed to eating tinned soup or 2min noodles at camp either as it's quick, easy & cheap.

    Next time you have a chef on the channel, make sure they're a real one, not just some bearded bean counter that can't afford shoes.
    Harry is more qualified as an author than a chef.

    I work in the corporate world. It still peevs me men need show up to work on a 40 degree day in full length sleeve shirt, pants, fully enclosed shoes. Woman, sleeveless top, short skirt, thongs.
