There were so many factors as to why the other girls were not chosen so instead of hating and comparing other girls people should actually do research. Samara was not chosen for a lot of reasons: Controversy (wether true or not, no group will be successful off the back of controversy especially before they even debut it’s a awful look), her fans (not only were they extremely toxic especially after she got eliminated; they ran the risk of being Akgaes (only caring for Samara; they sent death threats and racist slurs to the other members and told them they weren't deserving other than Sophia), The votes : which were actually very fair 50% for judges and 50% for fan votes. Her fan votes were not more than any of the other girls that won (other than Megan but she was the judges choice and she's amazing) so her fans should have voted harder and the judges ranked her lower as well ranking her in 7th. And lastly, yes, she is a great singer but is more suited for a cute concept like ezrella and Emily. I love those two; but group symmetry and the overall concept the group should convey does play a factor but it's not ALL the factors. Katseye was clearly meant to be a fierce girl group not a cuter more angelic group. Same with ezrella and Emily for votes ezrella was REALLY close in votes and I believe she would have placed if not for one other reason but Emily did need more fan support 100%
