I have been to the springs!! I did the white water rafting,horse riding,rock wall, and went in all 18 of the springs!! The further up you go the warmer they get btw ;) ;)

Hey Joshua, no The Springs is not an all-inclusive resort but they have many different restaurants to choose from should you wish to eat at the hotel. They may also have a meal-plan option to purchase ahead of time as well. But here in Costa Rica it's always better to have the freedom to choose in case you want to eat out and you'll end up saving some cash that way as well!
