And Ant is definitely before our eyes laying strong foundations for having a legendary career and status like the greats of US basketball like LeBron, Kobe, Steph, Jordan…
Yes. But Denver is really bad. It's a miracle how they got away with the Lakers. There will be a sweep here, but that shouldn't mean anything to Minnesota because they have to prepare for their first serious opponents in the playoffs. OKC or Dallas first and then Boston or Knicks.
I agree that Lakers/ Nuggets series was much closer than people think it was. But I still think Denver is better team than Lakers. But here, Minnesota is eating them alive. I don’t think it’s that Denver is bad it’s just Minnesota is definitely hungry as hell and are riding a wave of confidence behind Ant. And Ant is just stepping up in the spotlight big time.

Yeah I've never seen anything like that. Even when I think back to the 04 Pistons, I still don't think I've ever seen anything that suffocating. Right now the Wolves are by far the best looking team in the playoffs (and I'm a Nuggets fan), and while I think both OKC and Boston are worse match ups, they still feel like they are on another level right now.
tbh i don’t think okc and the celtics are a worse matchup, maybe okc just with shai’s scoring gravity i can see kat being exposed for foul trouble and stuff like that, but there’s nobody who can exploit chinks in the armor like jokic, and i don’t think anybody on the celtics despite all their talent has the ability he has, and from what we’ve seen it’s safe to assume the wolves are going to always bring help correctly, back off rotate everything on defense they can be trusted to do well, even with celtics at full form (which we know they sometimes fail to do in the playoffs) i don’t know if they can overcome the wolves if the perfectly oiled machine of jokic and friends is failing this badly
Reducing Aaron Gordon's minutes is the only way Denver stays alive in this series. Though I tend to think Mike Malone won't do it for the sake of pride.
25:39 They're just mercilessly spit-roasting Jamal Murray like it's a scene from an adult film. He's gonna have PTSD from that for the rest of his life.
It was great defense. This years playoffs I’ve noticed have been way more physical than the previous I’ve seen. The refs are allowing way more physicality but the refs were also allowing the the Wolves to foul tf out of the Nuggets last night. I hope the Nuggets come back with that same level of physicality but I feel Wolves will win in 6.
This may sound crazy, but if all else fails, I could see Payton Watson covering ANT so AG can still help Jokic with the Rudy, Kat, Naz front court. Am I crazy? I know Watson's a liability on offence, but if Minnesota is going to run this big defensive lineup, we might have to beat them at their own game.
I am just saying if Vanderbilt and wood was there that was a big body and allows ad to roam it would have been a 7 game series and with Vanderbilt on Murray in the clutch it could of easily been 7 with a healthy reddish those would have been good good match versus the laker but I will say nugget in 7 due to ham coaching inefficiency.Vanderbilt and wood give them more length and rebounds with the laker was because they was to small

I may be alone in this one, but I would appreciate it if you did not put game scores of recent games in the thumbnail. June is still a long way off, but Wolves are on a legit path to All Time Greatest Seasons discussion..lots of teams have won a ring without getting close to that discussion. 2024 might be one of those sports years that just stand out in NBA history. Rare Air is on the table.
Gotchu with the like fam
Yeah the issues with Denver is not having strong guard defenders and really not having Bruce Bown might cost them
25:39 They're just mercilessly spit-roasting Jamal Murray like it's a scene from an adult film.
I think Jamal is either going to blow up outta the league or come back next year godlike.
Didn't took him a year 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
many forgot that howard is the first joker stopper and putting a body on joker to make him work every shot would tire him out
I liked the video 👍
Wolves in 5
I’m really rooting for the Wolves as a longtime Mike Conley fan!
Lightning strikes twice 🔥
I saw the Indiana pacers take the the LeBron Miami heat to 7 games thanks to their defense more than their offensive talent
Glad to see you back, i was worried you were going to stop uploading postgame coverage
If there are 2 non shooters on the floor there’s no shot for Denver. Their offense situation is worse than their defensive situation rn
Love to see you guys expanding to other platforms!
It’s because they’re so big and long and strong
Don’t forget about hard
Knicks vs wolves would be crazy
“babe wake up, Rusty uploaded!”
Why do you even have a second channel? This should all be on your main
If the nuggets have 0 haters then I’m dead
I am just saying if Vanderbilt and wood was there that was a big body and allows ad to roam it would have been a 7 game series and with Vanderbilt on Murray in the clutch it could of easily been 7 with a healthy reddish those would have been good good match versus the laker but I will say nugget in 7 due to ham coaching inefficiency.Vanderbilt and wood give them more length and rebounds with the laker was because they was to small
Hold up. Wendigoon does basketball analysis now?! 🤣
Im still in shock. Cant believe that team just gave up after a couple bad calls.
Why does it sound like Rusty buckets is talking fast
SoundCloud= best audio platform
The way you feel happy about being correct about denver thars me this season about Minnesota it was a HUUUUUGE take but im so happy it payed off. I thought i was cooked 😭😭
You proved me wrong for sure so be proud of that. For what it’s worth lol
Rusty in his Aunties living room
You mentioned the poor timing of the MVP award and you could not be more correct. I remember when Giannis won MVP over zoom after getting bounced by the Heat. They need to announce every award during round 1, preferably even before the playoffs start.
Need that apple podcast 😩
I may be alone in this one, but I would appreciate it if you did not put game scores of recent games in the thumbnail.
I can ignore titles by quickly recognizing the topic of a video via thumbnail as nba related. But the thumbnail immediately pops into view, so dodging spoilers essentially means to stop using youtube. I got spoiled while watching an unrelated video about movies because this one was recommended at the first spot.
Anyways, I love your content and basically watch every video, especially on the main/essay channel. Keep up the great work!
