What do you do when you are one person and you are assigned to 3 plus buildings. 1600 children. How do you make a difference and keep your head above water?
Time management, reaching out to supports, predicting and jumping in front of issues before they get overwhelming. Those are broad stroke bits of advice, and there’s no way to know what your sow idyl school looks like. But the best way to make a difference is to be present in whatever ways you can. And if the “work” gets in the way of the “mission”, you may need to rethink the way you’re approaching your practice. I dunno, it’s hard to give one size fits all advice, but the best way to be your best is to be prepared.
