What’s better than one awesome drummer? Two awesome drummers! Check out this drum duet featuring Senri Kawaguchi and Sarah Thawer playing the funky track “Real Life” (by Senri Kawaguchi). They trade solos mid-video before transitioning into a heavier version of the song. Can this get any more epic?
About Senri:

About Sarah:
Sarah Thawer has been making a name for herself since setting foot on stage to perform for the very first time, when she was only 6 years old. A self-taught drummer at heart, Sarah has found great success by embracing the world of formal education by studying jazz and world music at York University where she was the recipient of the Oscar Peterson Scholarship, the highest award given by the institution, in addition to graduating with the Summa Cum Laude distinction. All her accolades and work ethic have taken her to share a stage with world-class artists including AR Rahman, Ruth B, Jane Bunnett and Maqueque, Del Hartley, and D’bi and the 333, just to name a few.

This was a collab we did with Senri, Sarah, and Yamaha Drums. It takes so many people to make something like this happen and I think the video turned out awesome. Senri and Sarah obviously crushed it, the Drumeo production team nailed the edit, and the Yamaha kits sound incredible! @Bob Bagina what a pathetic troll you are. Music and filming production takes a lot of work and expertise to make it sound and look good. Believe me, I know full well. Every time I tried to make a drum video I struggled a lot to make it good and unfortunately never achieved good results. You could say it's an art in of itself.
@Bob Bagina we all are free to express ourselves even our names are a prove of that... but you need skills on drums,drums,cymbals and stands (hardware) on tech sides expensive equipment and gear like mics,console,wires,adaptors,software and stuff...3,4 or more cameras with they respective operators. Need to learn or study that basics over the track or song to apply accents and dynamics by the musicians. She went to that studio from another country even a different continent traveling thousands of miles and she's didn't came alone i'm pretty sure of that ;) And for the edit staff a headache..or two...in other words YOU ARE AN ASSHOLE dude! There is something so special and powerful when two drummers play together like that. These two ladies are absolute fire.

It's amazing seeing how there are no walls/borders when it comes to percussion.
Cultures and peoples all over the world have their own style of playing; no style is wrong, but unique and awesome in its own way.
I love that they smile and make it look easy. I'm not even sure if it's legal to have that much talent without some kind of permit.
