So glad to see you building in FO4 again. I've been rebuilding Sanctuary with a hilltop from TWD vibe. Limiting the housing district to just the cul de sac area really helped keeping me from going crazy.
i know im a bit late to comment but id love to see more of you building setlements in fo4 again an showcase new mods and be funny and shyte like you used too .... and id love to see you build sanctuary again too lol

If I fixed the houses, I would load the houses with all the vendors and use all existing buildings, looks like it did, but full of details. vault tech guy at rosas, the bar two houses up, Shef , gaurding. fish farm in the river. I use 3 stools with the CC bar. Tilde ~ Help Junkyard dog 4. Pick one, same with Brahmin. player.placeatme command. Your settlement builds are always quite inspiring. I zapped onto the institute , I'm trying to keep them happy, the synth shaun has some deep statements and he builds you stuff, you actually get to know him and he is a good kid. You feel sorry for him because he just doesn't know. G2M, CC. DIYS, SOE, SNAPPY, HM T&P CWSS OCD Kitchens, invisible furniture, activity pads, the more complex item stored the more value is added back to the limit still works like that. Pallets you can't have just one.
You need CVC Cord :) there is also a mod that is called paint that house which makes it look like the Sanctuary just had a fresh coat of paint but handpainted and not to clean.
I love your vids! I wish your mod build in this vid was available for Xbox! I looked & found all of your others on there! I normally don't like to use mods but I love the way this turned out! This is the way it should have been in the game already! Sanctuary in Fallout 4 lore was the town of the future! I am hoping there will be a 7/8/2022 vid soon!?!

Omg this is the mod I've been waiting for in terms of sanctuary, it always drove me nuts that there's a lot of open holes and things in the sanctuary houses, even when people move in.
Mate, over the last couple of weeks I built a six-storey Mall at Starlight Drive-in using Institute and a mixture of other building parts, with a defensive wall around it. It was looking great but outside I'm getting screen-tearing. I'm glad you're building in Fallout 4 again.
With what you combined to have done to Sanctuary before you started building, will you be making it into a mod? I love the cleaner look, but still apocalyptical look to it. Especially the new houses with work textures. That seems like it would be the best of both worlds and am not finding another mod that does that for me.
If you haven't checked out GreenHell then you should! It's friggin awesome. It's about surviving in the amazon jungle and the survival stats make it very interesting. Hope you do.
I know you are probably knee deep in this build since I’m late to watching the vid. I know you were lookin for a new place for. Market area. I thought you used to have a mod that allowed you to build anywhere on the map. I was thinking that it would be pretty cool to kinda make it feel like the gas station & sanctuary were kinda connected with an open market running between them.
In my game I pretend Shaun was a baby Nate brought home saying it was his Orphaned war Friend's kid but then Nora says something about the baby having his eyes...🤔 So Nora has no problem capping Him at the end.
This is the sanctuary mod i am currently using only thing is the purple windows in mine but all good just covered them haha best sanctuary house fix on console thanks man
I used the SOE mod to biuld a brotherhood base and out posts around at diffrent settlements they look like prefabricated pods that get dropped off by heavy lift vertabirds head lore being forwarded operating bases to control areas and have supplies dropped off by locals

I just began playing Fallout 4 again and I want to get a bit more into building settlements. One thing I was wondering is how to handle multiple houses and settlers. Like I want settlers to have their own houses. How do you guys do that? Do you just assign the settlers to beds or is there something else?

I really wanted to build up vault 88m but i just do not have the know how nor patience. I wish there was a prebuilt vault 88 mod for ps4. Where id just have to worry about decorations, power or something just to make this a bit easier for slower individuals such as myself 🤣

Have you seen Zebrina's Workshop Devices? It adds various elevators and doors and interesting bits to the workshop

If I can recommend a mod for building it would be workshop plus. Has a built in fly option for settlement mode.

The uso mod has the sanctuary doors but they are pre war texture but it still looks nice imo
