First piece: Keith Haring meets Henri Matisse (goldfish in a bowl). Second piece: Cool! Only thing bothering me are the seams in the hoops. Third piece: Cool AF! I love the ghost of the tape stripe that gives it even more dimension. And what you did with the frame is perfect. Muy bien!
Dear Jorge, I've been binge watching your DIYs since I just recently discovered your site. I want to thank you so much for all the great ideas, especially the feather finish cement. I've always loved the look of cement but couldn't't believe how easy it was! It's also great for covering the seams when I glue plastic bowls together. You'd never guess it was plastic! I've been hiding the Goodwill on Tuesdays because that's Senior day ( yeah, I'm old ). The Goodwill here in Austin is so expensive! I hope this comment makes it's way to you because I really appreciate your sharing and I love to watch you thrift shop. Thanks again and again. Mary, a fan.
Jorge I love you. You are the only yt diy artist that can make things that don’t look like hot garbage. My home decor style is a lot like a French castle. Tapestries, Fox hunt paintings, dark oak, stone and marble… just rich and luscious. Do you think you could DIY something that would fit inside an 18th century French castle?
“Oh, it’s Van Gogh.” You’re so funny, Jorge. I appreciate your casual attitude-old frame, paint shapes or lines, add texture-and they look so good. Well done, as usual.
I love the circle white piece soooooo much. I am going to try this! I am so glad that I found your channel. Where have you been all of my life. You are incredible! Such an artist, you sir have such a creative mind!! I hope that you monetize on your skills/gifts 🖤 thank you for sharing your gifts with the world!!!!
For that "distressed/old" look, i have had great success patting the paint off with a paper towel after applying it. Adds a certain randomness to the background and removes the brush strokes. Love the channel, keep being awesome
I really like the one with the joint compound especially how you just dived in there with your hands to give it more texture they are all pretty cool though
Using the Java Gel stain to the 1st wood frame, really enhanced the wood! It brought out the grain so beautifully! I think your DIYs are so much more high end looking and not DIYs. Thank you sharing your genius! Enjoy your day! Hoping you & yours have a healthy, prosperous and HAPPY NEW YEAR!!
LEGIT the first art piece looks like something you’d buy from Anthropologie for over $1,000. I am blown away. You are so much more talented than you appear to let on. Absolutely gorgeous. So much depth and interest.
Your random shapes came out perfectly! Love them. I found heavy discounted blank canvas 48" x 60" (122 cm x 152 cm). Probably because 9 buyers out of 10 was bringing it back to shop because could not locate it in their car boot:). And now I can't decide technic to use ( I just don't want to mack it up).
Hi Jorge. More great ideas for large art. All were great, but my favorite was the first one with the Dollar Tree canvas panels. I may give that one a try.
I like the styrofoam rings but maybe add some plaster to give it more of an effect. All your stuff is really neat. Thank you for making these videos. As soon as I’m done painting the main floor of my house i want to create some art so I’m looking for ideas. Thanks again.
Jorge, I enjoy your channel and all of your DIYs. Could you possibly tackle diy nightstands or even an affordable nightstand video? I am struggling with finding affordable nightstands. 😩
Jose, do some stuff using color so that we can have some “ pops of color” here and there! Even if you don’t use lots of it yourself, you can help us- the challenged decorators! Help us please! ❤️👵🏻
All three rock my friend. Going to try the floral hoop art myself. Foam is a very cool material to paint. It takes on the paint in such a way that it mimics different materials. Love from Canada.

Love the textured square piece. I may try this!
Me too.

Yes!! The seams were bothering me in the circle piece… but it was very cool!
Yes to the tape shadow!!! Love it! What caused it?

Jorge, I enjoy your channel and all of your DIYs. Could you possibly tackle diy nightstands or even an affordable nightstand video? I am struggling with finding affordable nightstands. 😩
The one with the circles made me think of a large Lego block. Just put a cover on each circle and paint it a color to match a child's room.
Me encanta todo lo que haces. Fan fan fan
I'm from Russia! ❤❤❤❤ . I loved all!!!
Add some corn starch or baking soda to the paint for just a lil texture if you want. Love abuelita ❤️👵🏻
