Typical usage scenarios: 288 heart-rate detections per day (5 min/time), 100 times of lighting up the screen, 10 incoming call notifications (incoming for 10 seconds before being tapped away), 200 message notifications, 3 alarms, 24 data updates, 18min/day of screen-off exercises, 0.71min/day of screen-on exercises, 5 minutes of free operation, standard daily use of GPS (search 5 min/week, tracking 120 min/week), Bluetooth calling (30 min/week). All data comes from the Nothing Laboratory. Actual usage may vary due to product differences, user habits, environment and other factors. Up to 9 days of battery life under heavy usage. Heavy usage scenarios: 24-hour heart rate detection, 200 times of lighting up the screen, 6 times of manually triggering the blood oxygen/heart-rate monitor, 30 incoming calls (incoming for 10 seconds before being tapped away), 300 message notifications, 3 separate alarms, 4 sedentary reminder notifications, 8 water reminders, 20 times of photo control, 18 minutes/day of screen-off exercises, 0.71 minutes/day of screen on exercises, 24 data updates, standard daily use of GPS (searching 5 min/week, tracking 120 min/week), Bluetooth calling (30 min/week).     i charge mine every 3-4days im always connected on bluetooth if you are not connected to bluetooth and turn off all the health monitoring maybe it will last 11days
