I think from the variance the summation of F(x-xbar)2 you were not supposed to put in the same bracket I wish I could just talk and explain what I mean texting mathematics it's difficult for me

The f numbers represent frequency which will be provided in the question. It is the number of times a certain number appears in a data set.
