I’m from the US and I’m a Fury fan. I mean, look at what he’s done in the ring! Having said that, if this fight doesn’t get made, I’m losing respect for Fury. Everyone knows that Usyk wants this fight in the worst way.
Fury's had six title fights & three of them were against Wilder. I'm just not seeing what he's done in the ring, other than maybe the Klitschko fight. Fury has ducked AJ & now Usyk. In all honesty I don't have any respect for the man, he's treated us the fans with contempt by constantly lying to us about wanting the Usyk fight. When the facts show he never wanted this fight, it's all been lie after lie after lie.

"Risk vs Reward" 100% sums up Tyson Fury. I don't think any pro boxer is really afraid of another, but Fury definitely choses his fights based on this. As for Usyk i totally agree about Usyk stealing rounds; If you're not knocking him out, he'll win... because he will consistently score points against you relentlessly every single round cos he's on it from round 1 to round 12... most heavyweights don't fight that way. And i think that's the bit that Fury can't control. If he can't drop him, i think Fury sees a points win against Usyk as a 50-50 and a risk he's not prepared to take. Fury may not be afraid of Usyk but he absolutely believes he could lose that fight on points otherwise he wouldn't be trying to get out of it.

A few newspapers reported the 300k figure. It's not unlikely though, Fury's hardcore turned up to see the event, but I know people who when they couldn't get tickets didn't bother with the PPV. It really was a fight many were pissed about being made let alone it being PPV. It was basically a testimonial for his mate.

Fury always promised chizora the last fight for years. I believe Francis, is better then some of the heavyweights that don't move and fallover. Journey men we get to see from all promotors. I think Francis would be trouble for some of these boxers but not with one that moves like a middleweight. He's training to be the best he can be himself . So this is all training for Usyk.

Everyones forgetting it wasn't long ago that chisora gave usyk problems and there was actually plenty of people who thought chisora won. Eddie Hearn called it spot on with this fight tbh! His reason with his promotor hat on is that Fury knows hes a bigger name than Usyk, can fight any bum at wembley and get 80-20 split with no risk. While Usyk believes it should be 50-50 split and we all agree with it but Fury will not want to give him that, properly 70-30 or 60-40 at a push because Fury thinks who else is Usyk gonna fight really that makes any hype or big money?
