Just a glitch, if you complete the special scenario you get for filling the scenario chart then start a fresh game (from the main menu, not loading a clear save.) you start with all the units from that scenario.
BassGSothertype forgive me for asking and replying to an old comment, but how exactly does the glitch work? just start a new game once the scenario chart is complete and you'll have access to all 4 main units? or do I have to pic a certain scenario? I can't seem to find any info on the glitch. Thanks in advance.
Allow me to explain, alpha 3's scenario chart had special sub scenarios alongside the list of the main ones, these ones are colored yellow, after filling the chart and completing all the endings including the Ideon ending a new scenario would appear at the bottom of the list, it allows you to use the 4 main characters in their upgraded machines, the Alpha 2 characters, the SRX team and the Balmarians who join you after you reach Balmar, after beating this stage you have to start a new game *a clear save won't work* and you'll have everyone who was in that scenario at the very start, including 2 versions of your main character, one in his/her starter machine one on in his her upgraded machine (at full power if it was Dairaioh or Shin Ryukooh).

dude are you using cheats? 'cus I see AS alegrias, and Koryuuoh as teammates, how in the hell did you get to play three main characters in one scenario?!
Except OG3rd is almost certainly going to primarily cover the plots of Alpha 3 and J (The Crossgate originated in Alpha 3, Nashim targeting the moon as a threat screams "J storyline!") If any Astranagant is ever going to appear in OGs, it's going to debut in the next game, as it is a Balmar mech. There has yet to be any mention of space truckers in the OG series (so W not likely in the near future.) Neo Granzon isn't going to be a player unit without cheats. Granzon alone is stupidly OP in OG2nd
no... well it'd be spoiler of SRW OG story (CMIIW), but half of it is just my speculation. He was a "cloned" trooper of Balmarian... then he got absorbed by Astranagant... and somehow survived. Cobray Gordon is a nick name he acquired after that, but he lost all memories. Most likely, it had something to do with Ingram in the OG-verse, and they merged one way or another. In the end, Cobray manage to overpower Ingram's influence and made it his own... thus transforming his Bergbaw into Dis Astranagant.

He's coming soon. The newest SRW basically shows him in a cameo. Which means we will be getting Original Generation's take on Alpha 3 at somepoint.
Man, if Cobray did ever appear in the next OG game I'm going to max upgrade DisAstranagant and it's weapons.
