It can be difficult, but don’t give up, look every week for 52 weeks (is that a year? lol) don’t stop you’ll find an opening, & if you don’t get in keep putting your name. They call you, you go in & work your tail off in the hub, be the first to clock in, kick butt in the work place, get a second job for bread & butter. Ups treats there employee very well, management just does there job as they should & sometimes like most can get power trips but where doesn’t that happen? lol

They actually just installed cameras 📷 for our driving both towards the street and towards us to see if we’re on our phones etc. But yes they can tell by telematics if your milking 🥛 it or running it 🏃‍♂️ but in all honesty if you just walk at a safe pace , do everything correctly they never bother you. You should try to come to ups. Theyll start hiring after Christmas time & before then during Christmas you can be a driver helper.

It sure possibly could take 10 years to get to $49. When you get hired you go to the hub until your seniority number is called up, until than you work part time for $21 an hour. Once you go driving it’s I believe start for $32 thank after a 2 year way it goes to $49 an hour and we roughly easy day do 9.5 hours a day so that’s 7.5 hours overtime a week.
