That's only 30 million lower than a Headliner in Hawkins. Not saying Luffy was as strong as Hawkins, but he could probably defeat the weaker headliners pre-timeskip.
But Franky went the route of construction. Franky is more object than man. He's like android 16 in dbz. He's just constantly upgrading. It's like genos in one punch man. He doesn't evolve. He just upgrades.

I honestly hope that luffy will ever get another transformation above gear 5 as he already stated that this is his peak. And I really like that Idea cause it means that luffy has truly reached the top tiers, having more stronger transformations will kind of remove that feel cause it’ll just feel like dragonball where every opponent stronger than goku doesn’t mean anything when you know goku will have 50 more transformations and the previous ones lose their value. It would probably be a one and done power up, kinda like Nightmare Luffy, but it would still be cool to see

It may not formally be Gear 6, but it'll be a power up on par with learning ACoC. I imagine the fight with Imu will be using this Haki to sustain Gear 5 indefinitely.

Luffy didn't used Observation Haki against Mihawk.. he just stopped to think about the consecuences of engaging. Furthermore if it was Observation Haki since he saw a few seconds into the future it would have been Advanced Observation Haki and of course thats ridicolous for that part of the story.
I will just say that Luffy seconds stronger attack in gear 5 did no lasting damage to a mentally nerf Kizaru, plus Kizaru got back up first plus Kizaru barely show any haki attacks or awakening plus he manage to kill Vegapunk that it was his mission. Luffy can punch a island. 1 tapped an Admiral when Franky told him to do something. Has every version of advanced haki. Even Vegapunk stated a buster call won't matter.
Luffy is definitely not a threat to Daifuku and Oven pre timskip. Oven has a tougher body than Katakuri and Daifuku's genie overpowered post ts Sanji. Post timeskip Sanji one shotted a pacifista. Pre ts Luffy is no match for a pacifista alone. Holdem got up shortly after taking a red hawk from Luffy who was first divisiom commander level. Pre ts Luffy cannot beat Holdem either. honestly luffy does feel unbeatable in Gear 5 when you ignore his time limit, or atleast his powers are so rediculous that you'd think no one can stand to it.

Any Yonko who knows anything, (Kaido) is gonna make Marineford Luffy their right hand after seeing that he's a conqueror. Post time skip Luffy was immediately Admiral level. Seeing as he had both durability in gear 4, and went up against Fujitora in Dressrosa. Granted he wouldn't be able to beat any admiral because he lacked the future sight and over alll hax to deal with Logias. The only version of Luffy that isn't Headliner level, is kid Luffy. Who's just a funny kid with a silly devil fruit. Even now, Luffy is considered a yonko. but he's more like the most wanted man in the world. He's literally NIka, the government doesn't want the people to be free. They're all at the mercy of the celestial dragons. His bounty is no doubt being downplayed. Since he went from being targeted by CP0. To having all the Gorosei show up. To make a combined effort in order to both get past Luffy, and stop Vegapunk.
You should also have put Numbers level, Gifters level, Pleasures level and Waiters level as well. Gifters and Pleasures are the most powerful crew members without a rank, which is why they were selected to receive a Smile. Gifters are obviously more powerful than Pleasures thanks to their abilities. And Waiters weren't strong enough to be selected to get a Smile like Pleasures were. Using thos as levels could have allowed you to rank earlier versions of Luffy.

But some of them are shown withstanding Big Mom's haki in Chapter 1024, so some of them may be a bit above the average Fishman pirate. So East Blue Luffy should be on their level. 7 Gifters alone are able to completely restrain General Franky in Chapter 1004. means they would easily immobilize a Pacifista so I would put Enies Lobby Luffy on their level, although they were high rank Gifters from the armored division. And the Numbers could probably be scaled to Oars.
People calling Gear 5 an asspull or a retcon or whatever , need to realize that it's not the powerup that was cheap but the execution. So fast and out of nowhere Luffy came back and humiliated Kaido with not even a single metaphor , literally what the word stands for. That turned many people off and indeed I agree with them the execution was bad and terrible , but here we are. Shanks girlies , stop overrating Haki like Oda forgot the powers that made One Piece what it is today in the first place. I will just say that Luffy seconds stronger attack in gear 5 did no lasting damage to a mentally nerf Kizaru, plus Kizaru got back up first plus Kizaru barely show any haki attacks or awakening plus he manage to kill Vegapunk that it was his mission. I'm not saying that Kizaru is stronger than Luffy but he is clearly in the same tier of strength

Luffy's biggest weakness in gear 5, is simply his lack of ability to keep it up. Like all the previous gears after he created them.
I do believe there would be no other Gear forms like
Gear 5 variation or Gear 6
It was just that he will master his DF by truly believing that he could do anything he can with his pure imagination
I do believe he will master new type of Advance form of Haki such as hiding presence and longer time of seeing into the future
he will master to completely combined both Armament and Conquerors at the same time like he did with Bajrang gun
He overcome the drawbacks of
Gear 2, 3 and 4th variations weakness and drawbacks
He will conquer the weakness of the Nika form and fully master the abilities hidden which is not yet shown
Luffy can punch a island. 1 tapped an Admiral when Franky told him to do something. Has every version of advanced haki. Even Vegapunk stated a buster call won't matter.
Luffy is definitely not a threat to Daifuku and Oven pre timskip. Oven has a tougher body than Katakuri and Daifuku's genie overpowered post ts Sanji. Post timeskip Sanji one shotted a pacifista. Pre ts Luffy is no match for a pacifista alone. Holdem got up shortly after taking a red hawk from Luffy who was first divisiom commander level. Pre ts Luffy cannot beat Holdem either. honestly luffy does feel unbeatable in Gear 5 when you ignore his time limit, or atleast his powers are so rediculous that you'd think no one can stand to it.

Any Yonko who knows anything, (Kaido) is gonna make Marineford Luffy their right hand after seeing that he's a conqueror. Post time skip Luffy was immediately Admiral level. Seeing as he had both durability in gear 4, and went up against Fujitora in Dressrosa. Granted he wouldn't be able to beat any admiral because he lacked the future sight and over alll hax to deal with Logias. The only version of Luffy that isn't Headliner level, is kid Luffy. Who's just a funny kid with a silly devil fruit.
Even now, Luffy is considered a yonko. but he's more like the most wanted man in the world. He's literally NIka, the government doesn't want the people to be free. They're all at the mercy of the celestial dragons. His bounty is no doubt being downplayed. Since he went from being targeted by CP0. To having all the Gorosei show up. To make a combined effort in order to both get past Luffy, and stop Vegapunk.
You should also have put Numbers level, Gifters level, Pleasures level and Waiters level as well.
Gifters and Pleasures are the most powerful crew members without a rank, which is why they were selected to receive a Smile.
Gifters are obviously more powerful than Pleasures thanks to their abilities. And Waiters weren't strong enough to be selected to get a Smile like Pleasures were.
Using thos as levels could have allowed you to rank earlier versions of Luffy.

Luffy is shown knocking out Waiters with his conqueror's haki and saying they aren't even strong enough to train on them so they are probably on the level of an average Fishman fighter like those Luffy knocked out on Fishman Island. But some of them are shown withstanding Big Mom's haki in Chapter 1024, so some of them may be a bit above the average Fishman pirate. So East Blue Luffy should be on their level.
7 Gifters alone are able to completely restrain General Franky in Chapter 1004. means they would easily immobilize a Pacifista so I would put Enies Lobby Luffy on their level, although they were high rank Gifters from the armored division.
And the Numbers could probably be scaled to Oars.

People calling Gear 5 an asspull or a retcon or whatever , need to realize that it's not the powerup that was cheap but the execution. So fast and out of nowhere Luffy came back and humiliated Kaido with not even a single metaphor , literally what the word stands for. That turned many people off and indeed I agree with them the execution was bad and terrible , but here we are. Shanks girlies , stop overrating Haki like Oda forgot the powers that made One Piece what it is today in the first place. I never saw Shanks blowing up cities and islands like Kaido did , or shift the tides like Whitebeard did or completely transform an island's terrain like Aokiji and Akainu did or wreck most of Dressrosa like Doflamingo did or shift the whole island like Fujitora in Dressrosa and Kaido in Onigashima or even do everything like Big Mom can do with just soul delivery. Haki was just another additional tool that would upscale someone higher in the food chain. Next you'll say , why are you telling us all this? Well , consider Luffy was still rubber. No matter what he does and considering that should he fight one of the following with equal Haki , that is Kaido , Whitebeard , Blackbeard , Big Mom , Akainu , Aokiji , Kizaru , Fujitora , Ryokugyu , Sengoku , Magellan , Doflamingo , Law , Kidd , Yamato , Kuma , Katakuri , Garp , he'd still lose , the reasonable argument for him would be to lose.
