      What comes to mind is that Meghan told Harry to delay his book Spare until after her book the Bench had been published. Now, did Meghan expect to get in on the Queens death and have her story published, then Harry's book Spare could be published in January.

    The Red boxes ,with State Documents were delivered every day and she was required to read through these and sign ,where necessary .
    Early on she realised that there were some that it was rather hoped she would sign without too much scrutiny and these were always at the bottom of the pile .
    So from then on ,she always turned the pile before starting ,so that the lower ones were read first.
    Not much got past our Queen!

    It is hard to imagine how, after the appalling lies already spewed and, the continuing betrayal of his family, the man from Montecito, could sink even lower after the death of the much loved and, greatly respected Queen!!

    Who cares why he was picking mushrooms? When my mother died I was home because the nurse said it will be about a day or two.
    The most emotional part for me is when somebody goes to prince Charles and starts by calling him your majesty. That most have been shocking.!

    Harry trying to play victim again claiming the family didnt bother to tell him the Queen had passed , he did the same thing in Spare regarding the Queen Mother passing away in 2002, he told this elaborate detailed woeful tale of being on his own at Eton on easter break cos nobody wanted him to come home for easter, he tells of sun coming through his window as he takes a call from a palace aide informing him the Queen Mother had passed away because the family didnt bother to tell him. only problem with that is when the QM passed he was in klosters skiing with Charles and William for easter break . They had to get a flight home when the news had been relayed to them , they did a photoshoot the pics were distributed via media all over the world. Yet he has this perfect recollection of being at Eton , neglected by the family. Hes a compulsive liar .

    Charlie thought his mother had a couple of days so he went mushroom foraging. Anne thought her mother had a couple of days and chose to be at her mother’s bedside. Nothing serendipitous about that.

    • @patricklee6206
      @patricklee6206 4 месяца назад +12

      If, as I suspect that you are criticising King Charles, at the time Prince Charles ( not Charlie, or Chuck or Chaz), for being uncaring about the imminent death of his mother. Just because he was picking mushrooms at the time of her actual passing. Then all I can say to you is, what a puerile thing to do.
      At my mother's death my 2 sisters and myself sat at her bedside all through night. At around 7am my younger sister( who had cared for her for the last 5 years of her life because she lived locally), went home to freshen herself up. Having been there a lot longer than my other sister and myself. She was gone about 45mins. In the interim my mother died. To say my younger sister was distraught was an understatement. Not just because her mother had died, but because she wasn't there at the final moments.
      So just because Charles wasn't there at the precise moment of our Queen's death and Anne was, is not a reason for criticism. What it was, was pure happenchance.
      P.S. Quite possibly Charles had a lot on his mind apart from his mother's imminent death. He had to come to terms the enormity of the mantle that he was going to have to assume. Maybe his decision to go foraging was an attempt to clear his mind of these things for a brief period.
