Isnt that way expensive i mean it isnt located in some turist location or some other place were it all happens i mean ive seen nice houses like that for like 5 million bath or even more cheap just saying.

it is cheap if you look around. Can buy lovely places for 2 - 3 million baht........especially in the north of Thailand. I would not pay 15 million for those houses, they were not good at all in my opinion. A lot of over priced stuff here..........but there are foreigners who will pay it.......
Check out prices in Kho Samui, Phuket and some villas in Pattaya. Some go for 40-60 million baht ($1.5 - $2 Million USD). Not everything in Thailand is cheap.
It is cheap. That doesn't mean there aren't more expensive options for people who are willing to pay for it. Let's not forget this same type of place/location back in the States would be 2x the price minimum.

Their gliding ability makes them capable of moving from tree to tree with relative ease. These snakes are excellent climbers, being able to move across even the smallest of branches and even straight up trees with few branches by using the edges of rough bark. They are frequently seen moving up a coconut palm, or up vertical rock faces in graceful curves, gripping the somewhat uneven surfaces with their scales. They tend to be nervous, fast-moving snakes, and attempt to flee if disturbed, but generally do not hesitate to bite if handled. Although mildly venomous, their venom is not considered to be dangerous to humans; it is intended to assist in subduing fast-moving, arboreal prey. Golden tree snakes hunt by day stalking or pursuing their prey and seizing it by the neck, which is then crushed in its strong jaws. Both continents are about to go into a recession in 2024 due to the 5% increased in interest rate raised by Central Bankers. There will be lots of economic pains in America and the EU. Most likely, many Americans and Europeans will not be looking to spend money on big ticket items like a house in 2024. It is good that you are still enjoying your beach cottage, and are not in a hurry to sell the cottage. Thanks for the contents, we enjoy watching them.

Our neighbor Vince has a beautiful little garden with grass and flowers. As of right now, we are not aware of any rentals that meets your needs. If we should hear something, we will let you know.

We have a large community pool here on Rocky Point Resort.
The snake makes a good neighbor although of any species. She eats rats. Probably tastes like chicken if you like snake soup.
