Ah 2004, had a 2003 Chevy Cavalier and a bad drug addiction. The week before Dave Matthew's tour bus, shit on a bunch of people, my buddy talked me out of going. Caught the Alpine shows, that was good enough. 2024 Phish is good.
I remember waking up in the passenger seat on the highway in that hazy weather seen at 6:15. So glad we got in with no problems. We set up camp, had some beers and some laughs and slept like a baby that first night.
I worked security at this event.. for cayuga (the good guys) there were some really fucking stupid security companies that got contracts.. I was there for 6 days.. It was insane, I'll never forget the insanity, the mud, or driving through it in a john deere gator for 12 hours a night.
