Many people can repair a shoe, only a craftsman of the trade can bring a shoe back to its original glory. It's in the details. Little things here and there matter.

あと、工程の多さに驚かされ、職人としても素晴らしいと思いました！
何度も何度も確認する左右の均等性と踵の底付き歪みの確認・・・当たり前のことが素晴らしい。
以前に他店でオールソール。左右ともに捻れガタガタの靴が帰ってきたことがあり
1cm以上前後で捻れた私の靴はそれすら見てもらえなかったのかと理解しました。

A special vocation is required to dedicate oneself to this....remember in the old country some folks made a living mending shoes (cobbler/zapatero)...but as time went by,, they just died....and no one took over....

What "point at the back of the toe part" are you talking about?
@@Kenny-yl9pc the inset in the sole on the side of the shoe. American shoes are rounded all the way around.
