  • In this video, Justin and Vernon Fuselier, owners of Fuselier Farms in Eunice, LA, talk about restoring the Cajun prairie in Eunice, LA. They use prescribed burning and cattle on their land to mimic the bison that once roamed this land. The cattle graze the grass in a rotational pattern as a way to manage these long lost species of grasses and diverse habitat!
    We hope you enjoy!
