Carnivore Diet. Eat lots of fatty red meat and get healthy. I lost a lot of weight and got healthy eating ruminants. Dr Ken Berry is a good place to start. I wish you all good health and prosperity. 7 days without beef makes one weak. Every family needs a farmer.

And yet the vegans demand more cereal crops which kills the soil and turns it into dirt. Carnivore Diet. Eat more fatty red meat. It's healthy. Don't believe the BS from the vegans and 7th Day.

Regenerative sheep and cattle grazing creates soil. Cereal crops make dirt. Eating fatty red meat is healthy and helps the soil. Eating corn and grains makes dirt and makes you sick. Carnivore Diet.

Cool burning and stock grazing is totally regenerative. Growing cereal grains turns soil to dirt and poisons the world. Fatty red meat is good for you.

On the other hand, everything I've ever grown from LSU either needed tons of fertilize, pesticide and attention or was sub- quality in some other fashion. They're the very last and I do mean LAST that I would listen to. Perhaps they're getting a little better. I certainly hope so.

The cumulative effect of ag on human health is going to knock a decade off of life expectancy, and the 1% who get it, who I farm for, will probably gain another 10 years over time. However, if you think that organic label means jack crap, your mistaken. The corporations have hijacked that movement. It’s become a short term volume centered space, requiring methods that have a much worse impact on the environment than much of the conventional farming methods currently trending.
