It's better to learn how to draw or draw poorly on your first comic than to do this,looking at the video, even the end result isn't worth it, it's better to work harder and make your story memorable for reader(even if your art isn't the best). Ai art uses real artists work to generate their images, imagine some creators working their butts off just to have someone use ai to generate a story/comic

I just wanted to learn how to start a webtoon and this shows up, I think I’ll just learn how to draw to make my own illustrations rather than using ai.

Why does your link lead to MyreelsAi? If that is the same site just under a different name. Understand that it's constant character training feature don't work. IT says it is training and that it will take up to 30 minutes to complete. After 2 days it's still not done. I've done this twice 😢.
This makes your webtoon look cheap. Have you ever seen a successful ai-generated webtoon? No. There's a reason for that. Writers, please just hire an illustrator or publish a book.
