For me there are too many conditions that have to be set. For example the SOC has to be at 100% to enable preconditioning of the battery. I rarely charge to 100% so I can't use the preconditioning feature. When setting an end time in the schedule you have to set a departure time but I don't have a set departure time. Also, it seems impossible to disable the schedule, I just want to set it to immediate charging, but I have discovered that the schedule, especially the end time still has an effect and has stopped my i-Pace charging too early. Setting a schedule in the charge point is overridden by the car.
I am using a smart tariff which means I don't have or need schedules in both the car and the charge point. I have checked the i-Guide but it doesn't help.

Trouble is I have a 2020 I-pace. If my I-pace is low on charge there is no way short of manually telling the car to charge late at night, to get the overnight rates. Support is needed please as this is a poor experience.
