Why 2 shock glyphs? They can't proc at the same time bc they share a cd so you're basically losing out on a glyph for one of your weapons. Imo shock/fire is probably the way to go
For champion points, would I be able to assign the points differently for different builds? I’m planning to have this as a PvP build and then have a separate build for PvE, but I’m worried about whether the champion points will cross over to both builds or if I can assign them separately for each build.

Its a good mix of dmg and tankiness, and with the high crit on this build it can have pretty much 100% uptime. Just a good all around set
