I've always liked your videos mate and I main a Magplar but I have to say that I think Magplar is scuppered this patch. Sweeps is just terrible to use now (the animation is so slow and clunky) and it's damage is a... Well it isn't damage as it's so low. Not something I like to hear myself say but it's true. Ranged Magplar works but is harder to pull off when playing on a console (easier targeting with a mouse). Hopefully they will fix the Magplar some time soon.
Having got bored playing me warden I'm going to give this a go. I don't have scathing mage. How's about war maiden as replacement? I know the bonus won't go over to the backbar. Or new moons?
@@TheGamingRev No it doesn't but I didn't want to farm Scathing to try out the build. The build does work very well and my Magplar is much better thanks. Still finding the lack in sweeps frustrating though.
Well I was enjoying playing it until the update yesterday. They have decimated Purifying Light. And we'll not get any changes until February now. Not happy!
@@TheGamingRev I don't blame you mate. It's an absolute joke. But not a funny one! I really liked the community feel of playing an MMO though and we're a bit stuck for them on Xbox. I used to play Neverwinter on Xbox. May even see what that's like on the series X now.
@@TheGamingRev Besides all the other horrible changes we have to put up with, the nerfing on Templars this much was a real slap in the face being that the magplar was my main. I am definitely taking a long break from this game until they hopefully fix things. Them trying to make anything close to balanced in this game is a real joke.
Im personally okay with nerfing jabs but i would have much preferred the old animation being either faster or just removing one of the jabs from it. I dont care for the new animation but my jabs still kill people. Cant just mindlessly jab anymore and i dont really like weaving with the new animation.
please just show all gear then all skills then explain after each so i dont have to sit here and wait to set things up over a min between each thing as you explain ,,,, do that after think of what people will be doing while watching your video explain after not during , would be allot better to use your build.

targetting on a controller is mad easy, the hit boxes are so big its hard not to hit something

Warmaiden is fine but it won't buff healing.

Templars are still strong, they just completely obliterated jab spam.
