Greetings from Romania Europe.Nice presentation for Rav 4, my favorite model.I love Toyota models! There are many brands, many models, but I especially appreciate the Toyota brand. And in my country, Toyota enjoys great success, especially hybrid engines. Can you do a end of year video saying your opinion on what car of every class is best(not price biased, just features), the runner up, and the best for your buck with trim choice?
That’s really just too much tbh. Comparisons are not easy. It’s better and less confusing to just show one car at a time. I think most people can make their own choice. And the number of people that are going to go buy a car based on what he says is minuscule and probably doesn’t help him for the amount of work you are asking him to do.
There’s nothing wrong with a simple infotainment system. All it need to do is play music and show a damn map. Reason why there’s so many accidents now in days is because people are too damn busy looking to menus etc and playing with their silly and complicated infotainment systems while driving.
Uh, one correction. The new color option is Cavalry Blue, not Calvary Blue (2:57, 3:51, 4:56). It references the color of the uniforms worn by the US cavalry not the spot where Jesus was crucified.

Toyota got good cars , had them for over 10 years and no problems, but the price is getting way too high. Kia is been improving the technology and quality with great price! I just got me one and I was surprised.
@@mr.g937 It depends on the car. The Kia EV6 will be expensive, but Kia has some much cheaper base models now that people are trusting them more than they used to.
@@meshail59 The proof is in the resale value. Kia and Hyundai still are worthless after a year or two and are having the same quality control issues they've had before. The K5/Sonata has a large recall because of spontaneous combustion and the Telluride/Pallisade have faulty brake lines and fluid that are corroding and causing total break failure. All cars have their issues, but when I worked for Hyundai service for a year in 2020 I decided that I would never buy anything made by Hyundai Kia. The reliability is not there despite what the automotive journalists think about initial quality.
@A Z No longer the. Case Used rav4 hybrids and prime with low mileage are selling at higher price than brand new models. Demand for hybrid technology is far greater than what Toyota can supply
@@moeanthony9308 Dude, if Toyota actually had a nice interior, with all the latest features and not cheap scratchy plastic maybe we could all appreciate that. Unfortunately, go sit in one and then go sit in a Hyundai/KIA competition and maybe you would understand. The difference in quality, materials, NVH (that 2.5L is SO LOUD) and aesthetics is huge. That is one reason we got a Hyundai. Also price is less, better warranty, etc. I will admit that if I were keeping my car for more than 10 years, then I would consider a Toyota, but me and most people aren't. Aside from that and there hybrids are good and not much else going for them. Hyundai's resale value has actually been good in the past few years ever since the Palisade/Telluride came out.

I got a brand new 2022 RAV4 Hybrid. I've got 1,500 miles on it commuting to and from work. Here in Maine, if I use eco, stay 5 mph under the speed limit, and drive like my grandmother, I am lucky to get 32 mpg from my hybrid in January, February, and March. I went to the dealer today and they said, "Ohyea, you'll get 10 mpg more in the summer... if you don't use your air conditioning." I like the car, but don't expect to get any where near the stated mpg. It's better than the 22 mpg I was getting from my old Subaru Legacy, but my son gets better mileage from his non-hybrid Subaru Impreza.
That's not actually something new. Hybrids are known to have poor mileage in winter and summer. In Toronto when it's -15 Celsius, my 2012 prius fuel economy routinely dips down between 32 mpg to 37mpg depending how aggressive I am with the heater. Luckily this kind of winter lasts only 2 months here, and even so, my 32mpg is more than what any gas car will get. Now that spring is coming around, my prius is hitting 46mpg. In dead of summer, the car will dip down to 40mpg or a bit less, again depending on how heavy you are with the AC.
Great all around purchase. If you drive mostly below 32 degrees or above 80 MPH you will struggle to get 30 MPG. If you drive mostly between 35-55 mph driving you will easily be able to average above 40 MPG if the temp is between 40-80. Crank the AC and the efficiency drops like any car. Traded in my Mercedes Gl 350 and am very happy with the Toyota ride and interior feel. In normal mode it has plenty of power to get around. In echo it can be a bit sluggish but the MPG tradeoff is well worth it.

Great car, lots of cool gadgets, but I'll never be able to afford these trims. Back to base models for me...lol. Hopefully in the next couple of years EV's and Hybrids drop in price for the average consumer.
If you can wait a few years, used car prices should come back to earth and you can get a used car with the trim that you'd prefer for hopefully a reasonable price. I wouldn't buy new unless you can afford it since all you are really buying is peace of mind that only you handled the car and didn't do anything stupid to it which is why buying a previously leased car makes sense since they were likely extra careful with the car since they didn't want to pay any additional fees. The only other reason to buy new is if you plan on keeping it for more than 10 years which most people don't do. I'm in the latter group so I would never tell people to never buy a new car, but it really is about 10 years before it makes sense financially and I'm sure others will argue with me that it never makes sense to buy new.

Greetings from Romania Europe.Nice presentation for Rav 4, my favorite model.I love Toyota models! There are many brands, many models, but I especially appreciate the Toyota brand. And in my country, Toyota enjoys great success, especially hybrid engines. As a personal opinion, Toyota reinvents the pleasure of combined driving with very good consumption. All the best from here!
Actually that’s a great suggestion by Jose
There’s nothing wrong with a simple infotainment system. All it need to do is play music and show a damn map. Reason why there’s so many accidents now in days is because people are too damn busy looking to menus etc and playing with their silly and complicated infotainment systems while driving.

Toyota got good cars , had them for over 10 years and no problems, but the price is getting way too high. Kia is been improving the technology and quality with great price! I just got me one and I was surprised.
Yes... I am considering Kia over Toyota for my next vehicle 😛
Kia is just as expensive as Toyota these days, what the heck are you talking about?
If you’re in Maine you’re likely heating your car up before you drive…you have to account for that fuel usage
Toyota Corolla Cross 2022 model year in Europe has the newer infotainment found in newer Tundra. Also it getting fifth gen hybrid tech. I am hoping the 2023 model year gets this updates. 5th gen hybrid takes less space, less weight and better battery.

IMO: Inflation will make a drop in prices impossible. However, perhaps the government will offer tax incentives.
