I agree with all the comments here- this is the best house I’ve seen so far in this channel! It is comfortable, warm, cozy, inviting, lived-in, and not stuffy. The brown tones aren’t exactly my taste but still, I admire how the space was done. I’d take this house over any mega mansion that has no soul any day. Also, the kitchen!!!! I had to watch that part many times to take it all in. I agree with the owner about marble - it ages well and that you should use your kitchen without worrying about etches, stain etc. It is, after all, the most hardworking part of the house. Still unsure which I found more impressive- the interior, gardens, or gracious host! I love homes with furnishings that were carefully curated over time and look comfortably 'lived in' without the pretense. Definitely one of my top three tours thus far on the channel.
