What happens with the product variant limits that Shopify has? If I create a t-shirt in Printful and it is available in four colors and six sizes for each color, what happens when I try to upload that product, because Shopify will only allow three color options for any product?

The payment thing is confusing. I thought it was more integrated than the way it sounded when he described it. Shouldn't when the customer pays, Printful's shipping and costs just be automatically deducted from the customer payment and we keep the rest? Also, will Printful launch an all over collared shirt? What's this that the host is wearing? 😅
Hey! In general we don't receive your customer's payment at all. There are two separate transactions happening once an order is placed: 1) Your customer pays you for the order through the payment platform you have set up on your store 2) You pay us for the order through the billing method you have added in the "Billing" section of your Printful dashboard. Your customer pays you the retail price you have set up on your store, and you pay us Printful price for the product and fulfillment. Shipping costs and taxes (if applicable) come additionally. Here's more information on how the Printful billing system works ➡️ www.printful.com/payments-guide And we do have an All-Over Print Unisex Button Shirt available in Beta already, and it should be available to everyone soon. Im seeing this error under the "Choose Collections" We failed to load your collections. Please check your store to make sure they’re added correctly. I'm not sure how to fix this error. This stor has been active for 6 months without this issue.
On Printful you see Printful's price - it's the price Printful charges for product fulfillment. On Shopify, you can see retail price set by you, the seller. 🙂
Try refreshing data on Printful. Head to your Printful Dashboard > Stores. There open your store and click on ''Refresh data'' on the top right corner of your page. If that doesn't do the trick, please contact our Customer Support team so they assist you with this. The email is support@printful.com. 🙂

How can I add more than one image for customers to choose from on the same mockup for example if I were doing a shirt for every month and wanted to add all 12 at once, is that possible if so how can I accomplish that? @Printful Custom Printing

To achieve multiple designs under the same listing, you can create the product on our side -> Go to the listing on Shopify's side-> Add the rest of the 11 variants on Shopify-> Then go back to your store on our side and enable "Import not synced products" option-> Sync the variants under the listing as necessary! 💡
