Hiya Darren, The first time I saw trench blocks, I thought "Why has no one done that before?".you have made an excellent start there. Josh will do good.. A good lad. Bob (Weston super Mare).
That was very fast progress. Those trench blocks seem to speed up the work significantly. Congratulations on purchasing a new mixer; it is always fun to get a new tool.
great stuff, I have side garage conversion to 2 storey coming (plans sorted) soon and your vids are giving me alot to be ready for and plan for... thanks, great team you are guys.
Always a pleasure to watch master at work .Get MR A to work bit faster it looks to me like he is working at walking pace i,m sure he can work bit faster.lol🤣🤣🤣
Hi guys, thanks for the beautiful information and being transparent 👍🏿 Just checking What’s the MINIMUM WAIT TIME for the concrete to dry before start put bricks on top of concrete??
Hi Darren, would you show us a beginner brick laying tutorial? I learn a lot watching how you guys work but it would be great to have a slower demo of how to do it along with explanations of what do do and what you look for when brick laying. Something for absolute beginners. Cheers 👍
When you have to wait on materials it's frustation I think.I heard there is a kind of shortage on the most materials. Am I right? You did a nice progress today the three of you.
I know hand digging the trenches was back breaking work, but it’s ended up so much neater than a digger would have done unless it was some highly skilled operator.

Videos are mint, but honestly I don’t really think trench block should every be laid within the frost area, on my jobs at least, instead of decent brick or engineering if I’m being honest; everything else is great. Trench are shite really
The explanations you provide are really useful to novices such as myself. Well done!

Look how much you get done when your deliveries are on time . Great to watch you back at cement, blocks and bricks . Neat as ever .

Love your videos but can i ask why if you have a trench fill foundation you lay Newton blocks on top?
job well done brother
Excelente trabajo 👊 💯 🧱👌🏻💪
Hi, unless my eyes deceive me those look like thermolite blocks, and last time I checked they had to be 7 Newton concrete blocks.
They are trench blocks designed for foundations. There are also 7 N thermalises which are also fine for foundation blocks. Cheers
How deep was your concrete trench to withstand the two leafs?
Trench was about 1metre deep will mostly with concrete
Looking good.
Hope you got some sleep last night. Saw you liked my comment at 2am and I thought why is Darren not sleeping?🤔
do you guys cover north london?
Is this South East London by any chance? If yes, how can I get in touch with you?

👍
I would never have them below damp .
Why not?
Not to be used below damp proof course
@@johnpaulclifford7540 who told you that? Manufacturer states otherwise and they are in most new build all over the country.

That’s personal preference. Other builders will praise them. They are brilliant and. they are designed and manufactured exactly for that purpose.
