Thankyou so much Debina for putting up these exercises, they are very effective...i lost 4 kgs in 2 months with these excercises doing alternate day and displine eating...i am a person who wants to loose weight without excercises. But convinced myself and checkout some exc videos but honestly they all discouraged me they looked very difficult and required equipments ...your video makes excercisibg looks fun..what attracted me THE MOST was that it is just 5 mins video so I thought lets try how hard can 5 min exc be...but was panting heavily in 2-3 mins only..then I challenged myself that what i shame i am not fit enough to do even 5mins and started doing it daily...i hated doing it but 5mins was the catch...thought to myself its just 5 mins you can and must do it...i took 20 mins to do these with lot of breaks ..then eventually started doing it twice...it works...i took a break when i got a hang of it and lost weight. And so now again i am finding it hard to exc but i will get to my original state...best life changing video i came acrosss during the quarntine...for all you guys who are in delimma whether these exc are effective or not...beleive me and start doing them...just one caution if you are not a fit person who is used to excercisibg then take it slow at your pace listen to your body , take enough breaks..slowly you will be able to do all these excercises...good luck to all and A BIG THANKS to Debina ...keep up thr good work and keep uploading such useful videos ...god bless you!!!
