In today's video, I'm bringing you guys a crazy video on the brand new Pokemon games that came out on the Nintendo Switch, Pokemon Scarlet and Violet! In this video, I show you guys another shiny pokemon I ended up catching using the outbreak shiny hunting method, and that shiny pokemon was Shiny Noibat! You guys will see my reaction to catching shiny Noibat in Gen 9 for the first time! I did this easy shiny hunting method by using the pokemon outbreaks that pop up on your map in Scarlet & Violet, and by knocking out 60 pokemon at the outbreak, you get boosted shiny odds for a shiny pokemon to appear, and this method can help you catch shiny pokemon super fast in the new Pokemon Scarlet and Violet! Back in ORAS I Masuda Methoded a shiny Noibat. I was going for a thief theme.
I named her Kaito. It's Japanese for Gentlemen/Lady thief.
I bred the Frisk ability on her and I also taught her the move Thief.

Shiny Noibat is my favorite shiny EVER!! I finally got one on Scarlet, I named her Pocky and I got her to level 100 so she wouldn’t evolve cuz she’s the best :3

What on earth is that outbreak, I have strayed so far away from using outbreaks to hunt shinies this generation because whenever I have done them they have always gone horribly, they either have only like 5 Pokémon spawning at a time, or they're spawning underground or in a wall or the area of the outbreak is so small that no matter where I'm standing around the outbreak I'm getting mostly spawns that aren't the outbreak Pokémon, but that noibat outbreak had them spawning ON TOP of rocks and had so many spawning that you could run to one side of the noibats to the other just to respawn them?
I liked the video though and congrats on the shiny! Sorry of this comment sounded hateful, if it does trust me all the hate is directed towards game freak xD
I agree this Noibat outbreak specifically was crazy, especially in the beginning when I hadn’t killed very many. I will say this is really the only one I’ve seen like that, def not common at least in my experience!

Just a question, do I always need to defeat 60 Noibats to increase the odds, or does this only count for mass outbreaks, thanks if someone could help me with that
60KOs for better shiny odds only work PER OUTBREAK, so once the outbreak is over the odds are gone and you’d have to do it again for whichever Pokemon (even the same one)
