Considering the condition this place looks like one of the best values you have featured. I'm not looking for housing but I enjoy seeing the variety of homes that Filipinos live in. And who doesn't love listening to a Southern Accent? :) Thanks for the video!
Thank you for sharing, that's price is definitely a steal. Would like to ask you when you get a chance, if you could do a video of a local gym, barbershop, and drycleaners.
Howdy Stan and Jen, this place has tons of potential. With a new coat of paint, some minor repairs, love, and care. YES. It's a very doable place. I would negotiate for lower rent in return for a longer lease and be interested in doing some upgrades on my own dime. Thank you, Merry Christmas and God Bless. See you both next summer!!
As you said just needs some cleaning, though a fresh coat of paint would be nice :) For the price, it certainly looks like a great deal. Something like this one would be something that I would look for when the time comes. Thanks for the video and take care !
I like it . But was there some water damage in some of the rooms looked like there was some mold . And cracks in the roof. If so how much would it cost to fix .or would the owners fix it before moving in
When was the House last Lived in Kuya, Looks like it may have been awhile ?? I agree you could have it ready to move in within 2-3 weeks worth of Maint. done.
It has been vacant for 6 months. It will take some work, but together with the owner it could be ideal for someone on a tight budget. Thanks for watching 🙂
You're not going to find a better price than that! I would negotiate a three year contract without price increase in return for repainting the whole thing and installing aircons and water heater. Then buy your own furniture and you have a great place to live!
That's got potential, elbow grease and some paint it could be really nice. Was that a chicken coop in the back yard I saw through the window when you showed the garden? LOL
It is normally part of your monthly rent. Not 100 percent sure about this one. The owner wasn't there when we made the video. Thanks again for watching 🙂
If the location fits me I would, take this on a two year contract no price change pay 6 months in advance pro rata with option for extension. I will fix this litlle beauty next to the main road. But i will be moving there next year ending. I do not know much about Lipa City.
@@stanleyandjenlyncrum7582 yes have a plan to make Philippines my base home for SA. I will not be there all year but at least 6 months a year for the first two years because of my business commitments.
Damn shame, they don't even bother to clean the place prior to attempting to rent it. And who on earth would expect the new renter to paint, and repair the fence, etc...etc...etc...
They clean the units up and paint them, etc. as soon as someone signs a lease. I couldn't tell you exactly why that is but it is standard. Thanks for watching 🙂
As mentioned, a long-term contract with freedom, with reason, to do the needed repairs, and you've got yourself a winner.🎉🎉🎉
Absolutely, thanks for watching the video 🙂
Thanks!
Thank you so very much Mark! We appreciate you as always!

@stanleyandjenlyncrum7582 thanks for the link, and you're welcome.
Thanks for sharing another house tour. With a little work it could be a great place at a very low price. Nice.
You are welcome, we appreciate you watching the video 🙂

Appreciate your videos
Thanks for stopping by! 😊 We appreciate it!
If this is still available in late January, please notify me. By the way you have convinced me to move to lipa instead of bohol or bacolod
Will do. Send us an email at stanleycrum1@gmail.com when you arrive. Thanks for watching the video 🙂
Stan, what a great deal. It's too bad that I am not ready to move to the Philippines yet.
I am sure you will find a good place when the time comes 🙂
I like it . But was there some water damage in some of the rooms looked like there was some mold . And cracks in the roof. If so how much would it cost to fix .or would the owners fix it before moving in
The owners would take care of any concerns before you moved in. Thanks for watching 🙂

I totally agree! Thanks for sharing, we appreciate it 🙂
I believe I can see some mold along ceiling and walls where they meet?
If there is mold, the owner will take care of it before anyone takes it. Thanks for watching 🙂

I didn't hear any chickens, only a couple of dogs, lol. Jen and I live in the same block around the corner. Thanks Mark!
Is there an HOA fee there or is it added to the rent cost.

Would they mind if I was to do my art work hobby and other hobbies like wood working and spray paint art if I didn't mess up anything.

It sounds like you have a plan, we appreciate you watching! 🙂

Who do I contact about this place?
Send us an email at stanleycrum1@gmail.com and we will give you the caretaker's number. Thanks for watching 🙂
Haha! Less than my half of renting a two bedroom, with a roommate, in the early 80s! With a loud airport very near. 😂
So true, we appreciate you stopping by today 🙂
that house is filled with mold. at least that's what I think the black stuff is.
It is possible, but the owners would take care of it before renting it 🙂
Hate the opening /close music
Thanks for the kind words, we appreciate it 🙂
I'm interested. More details pls.
Send us an email at stanleycrum1@gmail.com and we can put you in touch with the owner. Thanks!
