I have been natural for a few years now. And I wear my hair down, as a Fro, twists, and other styles. I absolutely love my hair and it shows. I get some many compliments from people and those who want to go natural but to afraid of what others will think. It’s all about loving yourself and what you have. Kinky hair is beautiful just like any other texture hair. Rock it!

Absolutely dear, we should learn to leave our hair as it is. I have been on my natural hair since I was born. For close to 3 decades now, I have not used anything like relaxer or any other hair product and my hair is naturally soft. I've had friends advise me to use relaxers and other hair products but I declined. My mum has always said using those stuff will damage my hair. Thank God I listened to her. I use a regular shampoo on my hair, a regular hair cream and I moisturize my hair. Natural is best.

Congrats! I've been natural all my life, never liked the idea of straight hair for myself but definitely envied the ease I saw those with it having 🙄. I've been bald, had locs for several years, dyed my hair several colours, worn wigs, love braids and crochet styles, had an undercut and currently growing out a fade. I even had wavy weave once 🤭 I love that my hair, real hair is versatile and resilient like me 😌. I too don't like the hella products so a leave in and a butter are my go to. Currently rocking mini twists that'll be in for a while 😆 and styling them like box braids in all the styles. Here's to more 4c women loving our hair sans curls, shine and laid edges 💖

You're hair is GORGEOUS!. Good video, but it's so difficult to feel inspired if you are not blessed enough to have YOUR hair length or DENSITY. I think this is why so many people find the natural hair journey difficult - especially when stuck in that "inbetween" stage. Every style you did was lovely and looked effortless, and to be honest, you deserve it having invested 10 years to your hair journey. Congratulations and thanks for sharingx
My hair used to be thin and short. I begain to eat better. I drink hair loving herbs each day. I drink nettle red clover and chickweed. It has nade a huge difference in my skin and hair. My hair is flourishing. I love to style it. Hope this helps.

I love this video sooooo much! I went natural years ago but never "understood" how to wear it in a way that does not involve hours of finger detangling, arms tired from twisting or blow drying....And so I concluded that I must not really love natural hair that much if I'm not willing to manipulate it as much/required...yet didn't want to relax it either. So I've lived in wigs and braids ever since. What you said in the beginning definitely struck a chord, thank you so much for refreshing my perspective. I'll definitely be rocking these styles. I love your hair and its beautiful texture. I recently took my locs out after Manyyyy years and because I hadnt worn many straight styles prior to them I have begun to wear weaves and straighten my hair. My hair texture is FRYYYYYYED😩😩. So I am gonna big chop the fried hair and start over. Curly, textured hair is sooooo much more interesting than straight hair. It took me trying the straight styles for a year to figure that out. Did u big chop ur hair when u first started? Also, do u wear a lot of protective styles like braids and clip ins/ponytails? Also, do u have someone professionally keep it healthy or do you just do it on your own? Thanks for the video hun!
Ijeoma, I tried going natural and after 3months I gave up . And oh, your edges might be gone but you're as fab as always 😉
I found the transition easier by putting my hair completely away in braids or wigs - I think trying to transition while your hair is out is more challenging. But anyway, in case you want to try again, just know its very doable!

You're one of the best natural hair & education vloggers ever! I mainly loved styles 2, 3, 4, 5, 8, & 10. Being that I've never had a chemical relaxer I love knotless braids & hair extensions for protective styling options.
Also, for professional headshots would you go for a natural or straight hairstyle?

I Love my natural hair. Its so healthy and thick and its getting long. I actually have a nice afro now. I can do two strand twist and other styles. I get so many compliments on my hair. Going natural was worth the wait for this beautiful full head of thick hair.

Love your video. Have kept natural hair for 15 years now. It was black then but it has progressively changed and is now grey at the front and black at the back; any style suggestions to bring out the beauty in the "salt and pepper"

It was an old braidout! And the styles were shown in the order I did them, so my hair was stretched when I did the flat twists/twist out
