I liked how you talked through each item, to either say what you got, or to give some of your thoughts. I also especially like that the video was longer. Congrats man, this is amazing project - huge respect for this! Now, pretty much any rune gives you infinity :) You were a bit unlucky on the Sur runes, when i did my 5k runs i got 5 of them, although didn't manage to score a Ber. Good luck!

Currently embarking on my LK journey. Recently started playing single player in d2r and found a Ber rune while grinding Mephisto. Plan on running LK until I find enough runes for Jah. Watching this video gives me a lot of motivation so ty!
First off - good job! Your first vid ever really shows off your potential on YT. I'm gonna list some personal thoughts you can reflect upon (or ignore!), since you asked for feedback: 1. Several people have already commented on how they loved the length of the vid, cause they just want something in the background while they're farming on their own. For those viewers the longer - the better. Me, on the other hand, was chilling on the couch looking for 5-15 minute duration content to keep my mind busy. I'm gonna admit I pushed through watching everything just to get a glimpse of the drops I would regard as being "rare". For me as a viewer, I would have loved to have a skimmed & trimmed down version of this vid around 15 mins long, which it probably could have been cutting the Lems, Puls, Ums, skillers rarely wanted (Shadow Dis, Combat Mas, Passive, Bow & Arrow, etc.), and the random uniques that are rarely used or wanted. I'd rather have all of these shown in the end, kind of like you did - just with more details, like naming all the skiller types instead of a flat "X skillers" f. ex. I'm not saying you should put such a video out instead, cause you spent a whole lot of time on this project and I can understand you want to show off as much as possible for your efforts, rather, add a trimmed highlighted version for those of us who just want the continues lootgasm experience. (15 min vids will also help with your algorithm discoverability on YT) 2. The grail tracking page you're using is in high light contrast to the dark and gritty D2 LK area and maybe I'm just light sensitive but these sudden changes in the vid hurt my eyes xD 3. You have a very soothing voice, and you sound like a kindhearted soul, and it almost made me fall asleep at times (mixed with the Lems & Puls lol). Keep playing around with your voice, maybe add a bit more energy here and there, but all in all your calmness makes you sound grounded and it's definitely a positive! Subbing and looking forward to your next vids :)

Didn’t count how many I did, but set my game to P7 and farmed LK alllll day after work just running around opening all stashes, chests, bodies, etc. found a Lo and 2 Vex’s. I was happy to say the least
Like and sub to this man. For the people who don't play this game you don't know how mind numbingly boring and painful this task is. I don't think I've opened those chests 5k times in my whole 20 years of playing this game.
Great job with the video editing and pretty decent luck for runes doing LK. I've been working on my offline grail as well, started 1/01/2022. I've lost count on LK runs I've done, but I've gotten 3 Surs and 1 Ber from there. 2 Surs out of the super chests, Ber and 1 Sur popped out of those random tiny chests. Still haven't found anything else higher than Gul in LK. I'm shooting for enigma for my hdin instead of infinity as he is already all set to run gear wise, except enigma.
Nice video. Makes me want to do LK runs. I laughed when you said doing "the same thing for 80 hours is insane." Think of all the accountants or other people with mundane jobs who literally do 80 hours of the same thing every 2 weeks hahaha. Glad I'm not one of them! Keep up the good work
you’re right it’s quite nice.. it needs, however, the minimum dmg mod instead of the psn length reduced to be godly. I agree it could easily be worth a Ber though. :-)
This kind of grind is easier if you think of it not as trying to find HRs each run, but as crossing off all the runs where you don’t find HRs in order to get to three few that do.
I also farmed my infinity in lk. You can actually reset the map until you get some nice bases from armour and weapon stands. This way I farmed multiple +15 ed wyrhides(541def) and threshers. Those stands tend to drop the same items.
Funny enough, I spent 3 long days in masoleum trying to get an eth giant poleaxe for my infinity base, took a break to try p8 baal runs for the first time ever in singleplayer, and got an eth 4os giant thresher on 2nd run. Feels great.
I have mixed feelings about these runs. On the one hand the skiller charms were dropping like rain, but the HR drops were not very good. It took me about 3000 runs to make infinity, plus tons of other runes. RNG is a kick in the pants sometimes.
You would probably have wanted to know this earlier, but start and end runs in act 4 - you can TK the WP from your starting position now, but even in LoD you only had to move sligthly.
Seen the whole thing now, that is some really tough luck on runes. I'd expect more Sur runes. Also, I'd never cube Lo to Sur, Ist to Gul because of how useful Lo and Ist runes are.
Is there any trick to finding the campfire? It seems randomly to me. Half the time I joint a split mf game, everyone leaves by the time I find the chests. Also happy to see you find a lo rune here as that's what I'm hunting for
I’m my personal opinion I think logs and bodies drop better items then the “super” chests… found Gul, vex, ohm, Ber and 2 ists in LK and only the vex came out of a chest…. The rest were turning logs
@krebskrank well I just do a full run on LK while waiting for Baal runs and just turns logs and bodies while also doing chests and the chests never give me shit but guess it’s just my personal luck 🤷🏻♂️
I think it's what you feel like. If you are getting burnt out a bit on opening the same 6 chests hundreds of times in a row, eventually you'll decide to either quit and uninstall the game, or break up the monotonous grind with some extra tasks like opening logs and killing champ packs.
Excellent video, very entertaining! Is there a real difference in drops if popping chests on players 8 instead of 7 ? Also, I believe there is a cube socketing recipie for that thresher and there is a chance to get 4 sockets.

hello i like it but i see u make very slow runs..so I suggest you to try my method.. 1. start from act4 2. use telekinesis to open wp and go to LK 3. FAST teleport. and open the chests with telekinesis 4. (FAST teleport to wp (go back to). open wp ) OR ( make sure u have 5 tp books > open tp > join town act3 > telekinesis to wp > go act 4) 5. go to act 4 and rejoin fast. 30-40seconds per run in battlenet. make sure u a have 125fcr..
A bit low outcome for 5000 LK runs. I'm not very active, but I'm starting any ladder with LK runs in open 4-8 player games. But in all the time I ran there, I found maybe 2 hrs from the big boxes. All the others from baskets and smaller chests. Makes no sense to concentrate on big boxes only. They drop big amounts of items but don't have a better chance to drop runes than from smaller ones.

I was watching this when doing LK runs myself. Guess I was lucky since I got ist, lo, sur and ber runes in the first 500ish runs.

How many days did this take? How many hours per day? I know you said a little over a month. Did you do this everyday for 30 days or skip some days?

No difference between P7 and P8. If an item is superior, the cube recipe doesn't work. It can only roll the max amount of sockets at Larzuk.
Is there any reason that you don’t carry the cube with you? You get more inventory space and can just drop stuff in there and identify it in the cube.
I remember the first time I realized this when I was like 16 years old. Amazing how many players never figure this out.
