Yonex Thailand Open 2020 was supposedly being held on 2020. Due to Covid-19 pandemic, it got postponed and rescheduled on 2021.
Before going exclusive with Chirag Shetty in Men's Doubles since 2022, Rankireddy also paired up with Ashwini Ponnappa in Mixed Doubles.
Meanwhile, Ponnappa still swing for both Women's Doubles with Tanisha Crasto and Mixed Doubles with Rohan Kapoor or Reddy B. Sumeeth.
Ever since 2022, Gloria Widjaja changed her partner and she currently paired up with Dejan Ferdinansyah. On the other hand, Hafiz Faizal retired from the international tournaments and now competes in local ones.

Why they stopped playing together in mixed

Just my own speculation...
Back then, Rankireddy and Ponnappa both played mixed and doubles. Since Rankireddy/Shetty started gaining good results, maybe their coaches or the officials wanted Rankireddy to solely pour his energy on men's doubles. Truth be told, Rankireddy/Ponnappa weren't doing that well. They occasionally reached post QF, mostly finished on R16. It took a toll on their bodies when both players did two matches at the same day

Mixed doubles is really a joke! The women slow down the game like anything! I've seen the Indian pair play men's doubles and it's too good and too powerful and fast! Never watching mixed doubles again
