Their comments can be sharp but they do not come off as pretentious. They genuinely care about what they do and they enjoy what they do. Kudos to Jay who I am sure put in lots of effort in facilitating and editing. This is not an easy task. Lastly but not least, I really enjoy Bernadettes contribution. She is a non-expert like us and makes us feel like we are sitting there as well. I like how she has memories and stories associated with each wine she brought. Wine experience is more than just the taste - it is also a reminder of fun times, good friends and wonderful conversations. I don’t want to hate on total wine, but as an independent wine retailer in a high volume shop, they are the Walmart of wine shops. Luckily I don’t have any of them in my state. They look like a much larger version of me, sort of, carry it all-a wide set. But I am on the floor all the time. I write the shelf talkers. Do you have such a shop nearby? Or have they all closed bc of TW?

For biodynamic Riesling, I would highly recommend something from Peter Jakob Kühn in Rheingau if you can find it - excellent stuff.

@@레오나르도디카프-i2w 휘발성 산이라고 하는데 와인의 결함 중 하나예요 유기농 와인은 이를 방지해주는 아황산염을 안 쓰거나 아주 적게 사용해서 휘발성산에 취약하다고 알려져있어요

I don’t want to hate on total wine, but as an independent wine retailer in a high volume shop, they are the Walmart of wine shops. Luckily I don’t have any of them in my state. They look like a much larger version of me, sort of, carry it all-a wide set. But I am on the floor all the time. I write the shelf talkers. Do you have such a shop nearby? Or have they all closed bc of TW?
