you'd never see anything this genuine on Fallon.
+Jack Dawson fallon talks too much
+Uber Awesome RM he doesn't even talk he just awkwardly stutters and repeats what the guests say.
Fallon laughs too much.
Kimmel's even worse.
Oh shut up. You're just salty of Fallon's success. He's a funny, talented guy, who's also nice to his guests. Zip it.
Gotta love Conan's loyalty. Artie has almost completely dropped off the map, but he'll still have him on regularly.
This story is great, it's really fleshed out in his book "Too Fat to Fish" if anyone still cares about Art.
Jimmy fallon had him on recently
+Poopiesnoopies I'm not a fan of Fallon but I have to say, he also seems to go out of his way to have Artie on at least every 8 months.
+TrustATinOwl I read Too Fat To Fish and Crash & Burn. His life is a real roller coaster.
Love Artie, always will.
+TrustATinOwl he is on Fallon al the time, more than anyone else
A Super Bowl jacket from three years ago, cargo pants and his mowing the lawn shoes. Artie is class.
being casual is all artie knows!
Artie is the loud inappropriate uncle we all want.
*Truth.... :)♡* 😆💋
***** You sound like as much fun as cancer.
***** you got me.....
totally
+rochat To some of us he's the cousin we score weed from
This is Artie at his finest right here. I love Artie. Yet I’ve never been a fan of his stand up. But listening to him for years tell those stories on stern was him in his element. Artie is best in that type of environment where things just happen naturally. And in my opinion, that’s harder to do on a daily basis then to write an hour set.
This story means even more to Artie than you may know. Years later his father fell off the roof and became a quadriplegic.
I'm so happy to see Artie doing well. This is the most clear headed I've seen him in a long time.
Artie seemed a bit reared up at the end of his story. He had a tear coming until he made that school joke.
How can you not after telling an amazing story that you and your dad shared together. I bet his dad was awesome
+GhettoMist yeah, even conan picked up on it, his expression changed
How could you not Father and son world series, One of the most iconic moments in baseball history that you can always look back on and remember every feeling you felt, And you and your father were there.
"and dats the Last Time I ever went to School"......LMAO !!! Artie always the Best with his stories when he comes on Conan..Hats Off #Respect man..
Artie is only 47 but he's a throwback to how blue collar guys were back in the '60s and '70s. It's like he was born in the wrong era.
He's rough around the edges. But beneath the gruff there is a very intelligent and articulate man. You can tell he was an avid reader and writer.
I heard him tell that story like 5 times, and it still kicks ass. Artie's the best.
Gotta love Artie
I just want to have him sit there and tell me his whole life's story
@@bradmorgan3797 You forgot Dad falling off ladder, pooping in his own pants on side of New Jersey turnpike, and snorting coke through a pig nose
Artie seems clean and sober. Impressive, coming off that serious heroin addiction. And still funny as ever. Keep it going, Artie.
+1
He actually looks like he subtracted some of his age; amazing what sobriety can do.
Aaaand he's back in the hole.
This didn’t age well 😐
Idk if anyone will respond but is he sober now he seems like a cool guy
“My dad was Superman” Artie Lange. Maybe no greater compliment for a Dad. Young Artie has complete faith and love in his Dad.
Doesn’t matter if we would do those things to our kids now or even then.
What a story.
Good to see you Artie! look good buddy.
Thanks
he looks like shit y u always lying m8
In context, he looks great seeing where he was just 2-3 years ago. Heroin should have killed him. I'm glad he looks slimmer and happy 👌
Real or not, Artie knows how to tell a story.
when I was ten my father would drop my cousin and I off at Jet games at Shea, we ran wild.in Shea ,
Artie is so funny glad to see he looking healthy and happy
There are always times during an Artie rant where you think the story is running off the road but he brings it back to a good finish. Funny guy. Drunk Uncle personified, with just a smidgen of heroin.
Goes on national tv, wears shoes that look like he just got done mowing the lawn. hilarious.
Artie is in his element on a talk show. I've never been a very big fan of his standup, but this was excellently done, and the Stern show hasn't been the same since he left.
we love you artie!
That's a true father/son bonding moment.
God damn, I'm not a sports guy at all, but it's stories like this that make me see how beautiful it can be.
good shit artie. the way everyone on the Stern show sidesteps the calls about him is fucked up
Shut up, you're a moron douche.
+Gabriel Moreno chill bro
+Gabriel Moreno What a weird reaction
"And that's the last time I went to school" hahaha
Unbelievable story teller!
Artie is one of a kind. My favorite comedian on the planet. EVER
love whenever artie tells this great story, you can feel it. artie's the man
Reminds me of Jim Belushi.
+KuzuRanger Except Artie is actually funny.
Always awesome to see Artie. He's looking healthy, good for you sir.
That was a Beautiful Story!! I really enjoyed listening to Artie talk about that moment in his life !! 🙄
I love his video called "Heroin is nothing like running". Artie can be so damn funny.
Artie will always have a place on people's hearts. Man it's great seeing him again.
+Hey Meng
In people's hearts, not on people's hearts. I don't know why NON-English people always mix-up the word IN and ON?
As you can see, English is my second language. It's one out of the three I know. Some prepositions are tricky.
Artie always tells the best stories
artie looks great!! best storyteller ever!
One of the best stories you'll hear
I feel like this is one of the best stories told on late night
I miss Artie. So happy to see him!
What if Artie just showed up at the Sirius building, sat in his old chair and started cracking jokes during Stern's Show, just acting like nothing ever happened. It would be the best thing to happen to the show in years
That was the best story ive heard in a while
This story is tremendous!
Goddamn it! Andy is the absolute best! Gotta love him. Plus, great story from Artie.
He wore the EXACT same clothes for his February appearance on Conan. It's ON RUclips!
Artie has the greatest stories. Hope he lives a long time. Bababooey
love arti please have him back
Best guy ever
What a great story! that sounds like it could be made into a really good movie
I wish my old man would've taken me out of school for the 88 world series. I have kids now and I plan on doing that with them one day.
What a good story.
Aerie's day is awesome!
I LOVE that story. Reading it in Artie's first book, like a sissy girl. made me cry.
great story! he always has great stories
i love artie even when he says really offensive shit you know he really doesnt mean it. thats just him
I feel lucky I had the same type of dad haha
I love Artie.
i love artie.
Artie is the best story teller of my time.
What a great story
Henry Miller once said, that Napoleon and Julius Caesar and the other great men of history, will NEVER be as great as our fathers, or the tough guys in our neighborhoods growing up. And he was right.
Man, I can't stomach the Howard Stern show since Artie left.... Art is one of the funniest dudes ever
Conan is still the best late night host. Wish Norm would come back from time to time, I miss his Conan appearances.
Artie! Artie! Artie!
and uh..... thats the last time i ever went to school
lmfao that was awesome
Artie Lang is a great personality
Great story, love ya Art.
Artie is a great story teller. Conan is the last of the Old Guard of late night hosts.
Love his stories
Looking back, I've always liked Artie Lang.
who in the hell would dislike that
Awesome story
I love Artie
That is awesome!!! Love it!
great story.
Artie rules
Nicest guy I've ever met.
that can't be the last day he went to school lol
Artie always spoke highly of his father during stories he would tell on the Stern show. It's obvious how much he loved his old man. The crazy thing is, his dad looked like a movie star while Artie looks like the Pillsbury Dough Boy after a lifetime of heavy drug use.
Awesome story!
Artie's all class.
lol the ending
Awesome!
reminds me of my dad
Great story
Hes wearing the exact same shoes in an interview from 2005 i swear. Conan O'Brien 'Artie Lange 2/23/05.
Artie Lange is a sweet guy.
big artie fan. shame how u n Howard ended things. u worked well w his crew.
He knocked his mic around at 1:40 while adjusting his coat and you can no longer hear him well after that.
Jesus Christ, talk about the classic American father. That's awesome.
As an Englishman I don't know who this man is, but I like him.
Its good to see the great lang is still kicking telling his storys is he off the H yet?
Artie is great.
Love Artie, he was the best on Stern. Felt terrible that he tried to kill himself.
oh bythway conan is great loyal person
FIYAAAHHHHH!!!!!!
Artie! Hilarious as always, Go listen to his podcast, it's the best out there!
Awesome
"thats a great story"... no Conan, thats a great dad !!
Beginning of the Artie "stroke face" look. The sides of his face are frozen.
Artie is so much more funny than most guests Conan has on.
