Thanks for the video really interesting. I’ve never been a fan of 3D printed stuff not robust enough, going by experience.

Also it’s a neat loop but I think it’s just too small. Ok for a loft install though.

Tip for the silica gel thing - silica gel cat litter is way cheap to buy in big bags from a pet shop. Same stuff.
Shove loads of it into a sock or something stuffed in the box and it'd work a treat.
I used to use it to keep my windows clear in an old draughty lada during winter :)

Hi Jason, Obviously I've found your vid on waterproofing the loop which I could try but still wonder if 2E0ERO is contemplating making a dedicated outdoor version?

So sorry for the late reply, I don’t think he has immediate plans to make an outdoor version. I’ll ask the question when I bump into him next. 👍

Happy Christmas to you. It’s still working fine but now indoors. The 3D printed adapter on the mast broke. A Job for the new year.

Hi Jason, is 2e0ero still active? I have sent him an email to the gmail account listed on his website, and sent him a message via his eBay page but no reply. I want to ask him which of his antennas I could purchase (widest band range, motorized, preferably yellow 3D parts, shipped to Amstredam). Are you in touch with him? Thanks for your time.
