I have really enjoyed listening to the affirmations on this channel. My life has changed since I began to listen. Within 7 days of my first video I had started a business and made hundreds cash in hand. After a couple of months, an ongoing health problem disappeared. Within the first year I made new friends and got in touch with family members. Money has and continues to come from positive and unexpected avenues and I am now a home owner and landlord. I moved from a two bed apartment to an 8 bedroom house all through changing my mindset. Continue working on yourself everyday, it will be worth it in the end.

I have broken the chain of abuse. Since their birth's, I have been doing everything opposite as a mother than mine did to me. I am hoping to give them at least a normal upbringing. Use most of your senses. Close your eyes and smell money, look at money, take pictures of yourself with money and look at them, feel the money, feel it’s texture. Iv been listening to this every night as I sleep and during my morning walk, repeating every "I am" for about a month now. Iv had and continue to have a awesome experience with repeating "I AM's". My experience has had its ups and downs but as far as I can tell they work. Works a lot better when you listen to your mind and find out what your " I am nots" are so you can change the ones you want to improve. In addition to the "I ams" I would also suggest saying "I haves" and "I loves" especially the "I loves". Love is all you need! Iv beat A.D.D. using a lot of different techniques and sticking to a healthy diet. Trust me " I ams" work however for them to work you must believe. Be weary and cautious to the fact that your sub concise will go back to its original programing from time to time. Don't stress, fight through the weak programming, stay consistent and remember that you truly are a creator of your own reality and best of all with some self discipline, self control and consistent work on your self you will succeed.

The idea is to listen to this while you sleep. As your brain waves drop from Beta into Alpha and then Theta, it’s in Theta that the subconscious mind absorbs the affirmations. Then you drop in to Delta which is sleep. Then the reverse happens when you wake up.

Use most of your senses. Close your eyes and smell money, look at money, take pictures of yourself with money and look at them, feel the money, feel it’s texture. Imagine so much money in your bank account, imagine yourself winning the lottery or something and imagine your reaction, plan what you would do as if it’s really happening right now, say the affirmations out loud so that you can clearly hear yourself saying them and of course if you are not in a situation where you can speak, just listen, relax and enjoy. You are rich!

Well folks--I'm done!!! 21 days of "positive brainwashing" as I call it.
And it DOES work. Yes it does.
I started out as an extremely stressed out person who was full of anxiety (GAD) and depression.
I'm currently the only caretaker of a father with advanced dementia and a narcissistic mother with a stage4 breast cancer.
Life was a living hell--but not that much anymore.
Listening to these wonderful affirmations has made my life quite a bit more tolerable. The subconscious has picked up on these and it feels liberating, great and awesome. Wow!

I've been listening to this for more than 6 months now, it's funny how much I've changed because I've looked back through all the changes I went through. People approach me differently in a better way. As for money, I'm always getting money from somewhere. Etc etc.

Iv been listening to this every night as I sleep and during my morning walk, repeating every "I am" for about a month now. Iv had and continue to have a awesome experience with repeating "I AM's". My experience has had its ups and downs but as far as I can tell they work. Works a lot better when you listen to your mind and find out what your " I am nots" are so you can change the ones you want to improve. In addition to the "I ams" I would also suggest saying "I haves" and "I loves" especially the "I loves". Love is all you need! Iv beat A.D.D. using a lot of different techniques and sticking to a healthy diet. Trust me " I ams" work however for them to work you must believe. Be weary and cautious to the fact that your sub concise will go back to its original programing from time to time. Don't stress, fight through the weak programming, stay consistent and remember that you truly are a creator of your own reality and best of all with some self discipline, self control and consistent work on your self you will succeed.

This is the first time I ever recall writing a comment on the tube, b/c I am greatful for what you guys do. I've been listening to this recording for 4 days straight, most of the time when I'm on the treadmill. As I listen my mind wants to rejected these words as true about me or mock them because my mind says I'm not worthy or deserving ... So I'm fighting my mind and by the end of the video I start to believe the words ... Fight the self rejection while you listen ...
