I mean people aren't that open about it on media platforms truly because I think it'd hurt marketing only slightly though. The main thing is it brings to much controversy, but at the same time honesty might make people stop so many assumptions and talk less. It doesn't matter if you're a user that's just what it is. I think natural is the safest route.

Around 8-9 years ago I was completely burnt out and took 15 days off completely from the gym. My first day back I hit a deadlift PR and bicep curl PR. Sometimes rest is exactly what we need
@Pasiiiiiii yeah I was doing heavy curls at the time and I never strict curled(no swinging with good form) 135 til that day. I never focused on PRs with curling but it was still something that I was able to do that day that I was never able to do previously

The best thing about your videos Larry is you stay true to lifting… your always showing ur workouts an you actually lifting… so many RUclipsrs get away from that an that’s the reason we first started watching!!! Keep it up man!
@vincent catalin Lockout is the easiest part of the bench. If you're going for reps it's a waste of time to lockout. Also a half way bench is considered to be a range of motion where the bar is a few inches above your chest before pressing.

Pro-tip: if you ever use that type of bench that unracks and potentially gets stuck, use a mini band (hip band) on the top of it so it goes back into position.
