Nice workout, some points I noticed: Why are most punches so short? You're losing power and range 6:09 you're pulling your 2 back 7:26 dropping hands (and on most combinations actually) not resetting after combos, you should close at the end of combinations Great cardio workout, I'm worried about potential learners (and you) reinforcing poor habits
@@jaroslavprucha9198 Thanks for watching and taking the time to make the comments. All of them have points. My form definitely can improve, however, when doing a workout you can either suffer form for a better workout that is faster paced or can slow it down and work on techniques and do it right such as longer punches and bringing hands back fully etc. However when I try for maximum force to my ability and the main purpose is to improve by repetition and to get a workout in a 20 minutes span, form will suffer. If you watch all great boxers such as Mike Tyson, Muhammad Ali, Sugar Ray Leonard, Usyk, Loma, etc, etc, etc and watch their bouts in slow motion, sometimes they also drop their hands and throw punches less than perfect at the time of knocking their opponents out. But I thank you for the comments and they are all valid and on point, except I choose to suffer form and try my best to get a maximum anaerobic conditioning. Have a great day, and I thank you for noticing my mistakes, they are all valid. 🙏
Loved it ❤❤❤ keep it up man !
