Hello Nate just got done with my 7th week in a row of doing your workout videos 5 days of the week. I’m have lost about 20 pounds in total which doesn’t really look like a lot to me since im currently about 300lb. My family members tell me Im starting to look more fit, but I don’t really know. My current goal is to at least get to 250Lb since I have being Fat almost all of my life so hopefully I’ll reach it and not give up. Anyway thank you for the Video I really appreciate them.

Yeah this one was a tough one, I took a break this past weekend because my left knuckles were hurting. And the warm up had me sweating instantly. Felt the burn in my ribs right ribs right way. I did notice the second round had 3-2B-2 instead of 3-2b-3 like you said to do it though. Anyway another great workout video, thanks for the uploads. 😃

So once I am used to that One, I will try this Video and/or just Do Both because this Heavy Bag HIIT Workout looks more intense which I really like!! Round 3 FIGHT! My favorite HIIT workout so far! I've been doing canelos full body circuit workout 3x a week, heavy bag 5x days a week, shadow boxing 3x days a week (partially with 3lb weights) and 6x days of cardio on treadmill (7in incline at 3.2mph) Let's get it fam!!! 💪 🥊

True. Try using the ad time to smash the life out of the bag and roar the name of the advertiser with each hit. Then continue with the actual workout. I've lost pounds of weight screaming about a particular pizza company that sounds similar to "World Domination". Thankfully, my neighbours have not yet called the police and I'm looking svelte.

I highly recommend this HIIT workout. I just hit harder and faster, and I'm sweating my ass off. Those lunges at the end are no joke!!
