Theo, Joe, Woody, Cory, Joey, Antwaun... Seeing their solo stuff is like watching superheroe movies, and when Jack calls them together for Vulf it's like Nick Fury assembling the Avengers of Funk
@@gonikassif8527 Me neither. I don't think he does. I just wanted to simplify the comment without excluding him. But at least he plays bass for Theo's solo stuff ;-)
This is 100% musicianship. Dynamics, tone, emotion and knowing when not to play. It is refreshing to see that people are still take music seriously. Big fan.
This is 100% Musicianship! Dynamics, Tone, Emotion, Character & Knowing when not to play. It is refreshing to see that people are still taking Music seriously. Wow!
I'm very new to Theo Katzman, having only seen/heard him via Vulfpeck live at Madison Square Garden here on the 'tubes and being so impressed with his 'total musician' vibes he was giving off. He seems absolutely immersed in music, the kind of person to whom music is a true 'calling'. Such a talented multi-instrument.
Good To Be Alone is simply perfect... the buildup, the flow, the vocal, the harmony, slide guitar matches so well with the keys, then the groove came in later from the bass and drums... Theo Katzman is my new John Mayer
This performance is so great that it brought me to tears, not just because of the position I am in emotionally. But because they are MAKING LOVE IN MUSIC FORM. This is what making love to an instrument sounds like.
Sometimes I watch a video again (like this one) and I'm like "Oh yeah, I was just watching this yesterday, I should watch the rest" and then I realize I watched it 6 years ago.
Hey Audiotree, just bought this recording on Google play but why on earth did you not include the beautiful Rhodes intro on "Good to be alone"? I would expect to get more, not less when I buy the music!

This comment nailed it
@Gofaw yup it’s called modern society
Wow
Didn't know Joe had solo work, where is it? Couldn't find it...

The plain Jane heroin solo!! I come back to this every now and then and the feeling that 30 seconds gives me is indescribable, what a guy
Showing up for his show at an empty bar in denver during his sound check was the greatest night of my lifeeeeee YEAH THEO.
Good To Be Alone is simply perfect... the buildup, the flow, the vocal, the harmony, slide guitar matches so well with the keys, then the groove came in later from the bass and drums...
Theo Katzman is my new John Mayer
Unbelievable. Near perfection. It’s a treat to see the music progressing.
My faith in the younger generation has been strengthened.
Man that little voice cracky bit at 21:55 gets me every time. Such a cool sound I've never heard before, I love it.
look up bedouin soundclash, the singer's voice sounds like that all the time lol
seeing joe dart sing while playing makes me smile an incredible amount. i dont know why.
First song is "I Pooped in the Harbor"?
aallen6408 ymmd dude! Thx
Nein mann, it clearly is "I pooped a little harder"
Ahahahaha, now I cant unhear it.
I pooped in the harbor yeah baby baby come on
Exactly
Whoa.. Theo totally rips it on the guitar and has an amazing voice. Mind is blown.
Im impressed how the musicians fill in the background vocals so well.
I try to watch this every day. It's absurdly good.
“Good to Be Alone” is my anthem rn
Awesome stuff from Lee on keys! He absolutely smashed it live in London as well!
Delicious bass from Dart as per! All such cool guys!
Otto Cox is this guy in other projects as well? He looks familiar... so fantastic!
God damn it. This is good enough to be an actual album recording.
pop master. killer vocals and incredible guitar player. love ya, Theo.
This performance is so great that it brought me to tears, not just because of the position I am in emotionally. But because they are MAKING LOVE IN MUSIC FORM. This is what making love to an instrument sounds like.
“My back door was open and she snuck in while I was sleeping”. Yep, thankyou for immortalising that moment in music. So tender...
Still just as good as when streamed live, sooo good.
Holy crap! Joe Dart sings too??? Aw man. What a legend. And Theo? What another legend he is too. I'm in awe here....
Incredible musicians bringing music in to the future.
Perfection. And the version of Love is a beautiful thing is unbelievable.
This might be my favorite Audiotree session of all time! Thanks!
I HAVEN'T BEEN THIS EXCITED ABOUT A VIDEO IN SO LONG
anyone else really want to hear theo’s version of i can’t make you love me?
Badly
Listen to Justin Vernon’s version. Do it.
I NEED that cover
I deeply love this man. I love their musicians. They're fantastic. I love fulfpeck!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :-* :-) WoW!!!!
Excellent! And that intro starting at 5:12 is divine!!
I like the country feel on “it’s good to be alone”! Good tune!
Besides enjoying this fine art, I really enjoy the energy between the moderation and Theo and Joe 🌈
This is pure gold ❤ May king Katzman live forever.
So much goodness, these guys are crazy talented.
wow they sound super tight
It’s a necessity for me to come back to this vid at least once a month 😅
Just magic! Band fits together so well!
Plain Jane Heroin probably the pick.
I love that Jordan is always happy to be jammin
Nice keys run by Andy Serkis at 22:34
Good to be alone , it's wonderful full sound . Man that sounds great .
Such a great lesson of great rythmn guitar playing and soulful arrangements
Every time I'm about to loose the faith in humanity I'm coming back to this video
A real treat that this exists.
Joe on vocals? Love it..Theo and Joe inseparable..
What a brilliant live mix! Engineer knows what’s up!
so much talent in one room
This is about as perfect as a live recording can get 👍🏻
You ain’t kidding
This is such an amazing performance...
These guys are where it's at yo.
6:06 the lick
Jeez. That ending solo of Plain Jane kicks so hard.
This is a gorgeous recording.
Wow, just wow. They are amazing.
Only watched this between 50-60 times. Rookie numbers tbh.
Man I thought this dude was just a quasi talented goofball watching him with vulfpeck, I could never have been more wrong. He is absolutely amazing!
I just love Theo. Such a legend.
Sometimes I watch a video again (like this one) and I'm like "Oh yeah, I was just watching this yesterday, I should watch the rest" and then I realize I watched it 6 years ago.

Leading a 3 part crowd harmony to no one is such a sick move.
I must have done something right in life to have this in my recommendation
I love the sound! You really captured that lovely live feeling!❤️
Joe is always killer on bass, but I never knew he can do some serious backing vocals. Tight man.
Awesome, so groovy, so tight...such a great sound, love it!
This so good
Love you Theo 💕💕 thank you for your music 💕
Saw this epic crew live last Friday in Galway....Brilliant
Wow, glad I stumbled upon this!
I did NOT expect that voice when I saw him in Vulfpeck. Such control
Just amazing songwriting all around!
Holy crap those drums sound delicious, like a nice juicy hamburger
Damn i love the sound of those drums!
Great sound! keep it coming!!!!!
I honestly like this version *better* than the album one, but that's also because this is the first version I heard XD
Happy 2nd birthday to this set!
Impeccable in every way.
This is the kind of stuff I wanna be playing!
Great session, guys! Talent is something that you have, but not everyone can see it.
You Just have a New fan!
these guys are otherworldly.
So awesome!! Such a beautiful discovery
Amazing performance
Quarentine is all about playing along Theo Katzman on Audiotree
the last time i've seen pockets this tight was when i was in my skinny jean scene phase
Best audiotree set :)
This is ridiculously good.
Great music over here!
That's a nice mix you got there!
They can make you dance, they can make you cry.
"hang on, Theo's gotta grab something out of the van"
