I did get second hand G7 cheap and some nice lenses dirty cheap for it from MPB. I do not agree that if you are looking for FullHD camera, this is not for you. You also say this is perfect for bloggers, but i think bloggers can just stay at FullHD. I dont see reason for beginners to start with 4K. Even editing 4K as beginner can be pain and its asking good amount power from PC. Good video overall.
I congratulate you on your purchase🤑 I think people who buy it, just because of 4k.For example, that's the only reason I bought it. I think if a person only needs FHD, then he can find cheaper cameras that shoot it. The bitrate of G7 is quite low in FHD, so there may be problems, especially where everything is not good with the light.I agree about the PC, either a good PC, or they should make a proxy. Thanks for the comment!
Hello, I planned to shoot a video in the near future where the EF-S Sigma 18-35mm lens will be, maybe I can shoot it if I don’t sell the camera by that time.
That camera is almost $800 new right now, for the price point, g7 ($600ish) will be it for me, i think if you want a camera that will be setup stationary say for youtube, this camera is a great choice. but for everything else, this aint it, def good for youtube at least
@@Russc No disrespect to your choice, it's good for how you use it. I paid $800 for the GX9 with a 12-60mm Lumix lens, and sold the lens for $300, so the body cost me $500. I wanted the Leica 12-60 instead, which I bought. I like landscape, vacation and night photography, so the GX9 is better for me.
A lower megapixel count is better for video, especially in low light since the pixels are bigger and can pick up more light. Bigger numbers aren’t always better. 4K video is something like 8 megapixels, so if you’re using it for that, MP count doesn’t matter.
Sorry for the awful sound, this was my first video.😑
I added subtitles so you can understand what I'm talking about.
I have G7 but it really missing internal stabilisation . But i bought it 300euro 5 years ago. Such a bargain. Still use it intensively
This is just an incredible price for 2017.Even now it's a great price!
@@GEXAR yes i was really lucky. And camera was like new 6 month old.

My first Lumix camera still using it. Great video
You made a great choice for the first camera.
@@GEXAR yes added GH5, ZS 70, GX85 and lots of primes
i totally agree with you👍
Can you test it with Canon EF-S lenses? Nice video.

@@GEXAR Lumix lenses are expensive, unlike affordable Canon lenses. I wish Camera makers made compatible lens formats.
PARA GRABAR EN AUTOMATICO EN VIDEO QUE TAL ES ?? SALUDOS
hola, ¿puedes decirme de qué estás hablando, código de tiempo? Estoy usando traductor de Google. RUclips puede haber traducido mal.
Lumix G7 video saludos
An advice to stabilise the G7 ?
Tripod, Gimbal, Warp Stabilizer effect.
stabilized lens do go job. Specialy vertical stabilisation that gimball can t do. So if you combine both that perfect
16 MP in 2023? No in body stabilization? No thanks, I like my 20 MP GX9 with in body stabilization I got for $500 brand new a lot better.

lumix g7 only great if set to 4K, in fullHD it's a trash
Yes, like many older lumix cameras. 4k is usually good because of the good bitrate, but FHD is a trash.
