Dang! I had one attempt to dye some plastic but it only kinda coated the figure. Did you just have warm of boiling water when you died the part? Also 10/10 doing the lords work doing what hasbro needed to do.
Dying the plastic only works properly on those unpaintable plastic parts. Otherwise, customs would be way easier. You also can't have the metal pins or anything in the parts when you do it. Maybe if I can ever figure out YT shorts, I'll do one on that.
