Thanks John. I had some issues with mahogany last week and I rewatched your vid on mahogany. It helps to see what temps you use. I have your set up that a got second hand. The low medium and high setting all seem to go just as high so I'm guessing maybe it's not working properly. I think the main problem with my mahogany, even though it was quarter sawn, was run out. I had some chip out that was fairly bad.

we are here to help Mahogany can be funny be sure .075 thick and make sure its damp Weights help but some Mahogany will crack . Windex with Ammonia D or even a mild solution can help
