Looks pretty good and good angle for upper chest as most are too high and hit front delts Only thing I’m not sure on is the foot lever as some people are unable to use legs and could irritated hip flexors or illiopsoas if dysfunctional
Sarebbe stato meglio se la panca fosse stata uniforme dall'inizio alla fine: la parte in cui si appoggia il collo non è adatta a persone di varie altezze. Ad esempio io che sono 1,73 m, per appoggiare il collo nella maniera corretta, dovrei alzare il sedile talmente tanto che poi il movimento assumerebbe una traiettoria scorretta
